This 90 m² house located in Sarzeau has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 people.



Their garden is ideal for moments of relaxation on beautiful days and for enjoying good barbecues on summer evenings.

The dining room invites you to gather around its table and share dishes prepared in the well-equipped kitchen (induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, filter coffee maker and kettle). The living room, a cosy corner with a beautiful view of the garden, will allow you to take a nap in front of the TV.



When evening comes, you can rest in one of the 3 rooms in the house, all with a peaceful atmosphere and equipped with double beds, offering an environment conducive to a good night's sleep.



Finally, two bathrooms are available: the first with green tones and the second with neutral tones, and an independent toilet is available on the ground floor.
