Totally renovated Oct 2020 with fresh paint, new flooring, and all new, upscale furnishings, SS appliances, W/D behind barn door! Fully furnished with all necessities including kitchen amenities and luxurious linens for the comfy king sized bed. Brand new queen sleeper sofa with gel hybrid mattress in living room. Close to Westlake Town Center for your shopping convenience. Bernard’s Landing offers 3 pools (2 outdoor and 1 heated indoor), hot tub, fitness center, boat and personal watercraft rentals, complimentary boat docks, racquetball court, pickleball, basketball, tennis and clubhouse!

BOAT INFO:: If interested in renting a boat during your stay, please contact me for rental company options. If arriving with your own boat, boat trailer parking is free and very close to the unit. There is a $20.00 per day decal fee which can be purchased at the Security hut as you drive in or online at Bernardslanding.com

Jet Ski Vacay

Moon Dance condo delivers! We felt like we were at home. View is spectacular and docks are so convenient for skiing. We love Bernard’s Landing and very close to town for any essential item’s needed. We had a great stay!

Rainy Days Lovely place

Well, the weather wasn’t the best. Rain. Rain. More rain. Needless to say we spent a lot of time indoors. I can honestly say that we didn’t mind. Moon dance at Bernard’s Landing was so lovely, comfortable, and clean. It was relaxing and the view of the Lake was beautiful even on the rainy days. The decor was right on point and there was great attention to little detail.

Wonderful getaway

Moondance was a great getaway. Loved the view from the deck. Great food at Napoli‘s - Within walking distance. The condo was very comfortable for two. Beautifully decorated. Kathleen responded quickly to our questions and was super accommodating for our checkin requests.

Great Stay

Kathleen was great to work with. We enjoyed our stay immensely. We rented a boat and spent a day on the lake enjoying the sights. Moondance has a lot to offer. We enjoyed watching the deer at dusk romping on the lawn as well as the blood moon rising over Smith Mountain.

Great place to stay

The condo is very nice. It has everything you need to feel comfortable and relax. The location is on the lake with a short walk to the docks if you rent a boat. Its a short drive to town and the local vineyards and breweries. Plenty of things to do in the area on both good and not-so-good weather days. We would definitely recommend this location and will most likely visit again!

SML Wooden Boat Show

I attended a the annual boat show held by the Smith Mountain Lake Chapter of the Antique and Classic Boat Society. The location gave a nice cruise to the Marina where the Show was being held. An additional night fee of $20 provided trailer storage and use of the Courtesy Dock nearest our building. The courtesy docks were open and easily accessible. Overall it was a comfortable and convenient stay. I appreciated the thoughtful way the accommodations were stocked, and the view and there is a very nice Italian restaurant at the development, along with other amenities. Thank you!

Wonderful location. Great view of the lake and mountain. Inside decorated beautifully and not one thing missing you may need! Love it here and will definitely return!

Great Condo

This condo was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need for a wonderful stay. The views were amazing, and the deck was our favorite feature. This was our first trip to SML, and we loved it.

Quick jaunt to the lake

Had a great time, loved the condo! The lake is close enough to make the walk down to it easy enough. Enjoyed the proximity to the water! The towels were amazing!

Absolutely gorgeous!!

Property is even more beautiful in person than I anticipated. The views of the lake and mountains are stunning. Condo is decorated very nice and everything you could need to feel right at home is provided. We loved our getaway and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!!

Very Nice Condo

The property was clean, bright, and had everything we needed. We greatly enjoyed the view of the mountains and lake from the deck. It was a very nice spot for our short getaway.

Beautiful Condo

Great get a way to SML. Condo had everything we needed and more. Enjoyed a day on the lake and relaxing evenings playing games with the family and friends in the area. Would rent again.
