Unlike many condos at the lake, the cleaning fee and linen fees are included in your daily rate.
Modern condo offers beautiful views & breathtaking sunsets overlooking Smith Mountain Lake from your spacious private balcony with electric grill.
Cheerfully decorated with a lake décor, the condo features a queen bed, full sleeper sofa, linens are included, fully equipped kitchenette with a cooktop, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher and full size refrigerator.
The bath, which is shared by the bedroom and the living room, features a tub and shower.
This is a larger 500+ SF unit contrasted with the smaller units in the other building. This unit includes a separate bedroom instead of a studio bedroom space. Roku television and internet is provided.
At Stripers Landing you'll find a junior Olympic size pool, a kiddy pool, picnic table area with charcoal grills, the covered pavilion beside the pool has gas grills, bathrooms and there's an ice machine located between the pavilion and the pool. Pool hours and availability vary by season.
The key fob provided will allow access to the pool and the boat ramp. Additional parking for boat owners. Shops, restaurants, a movie theater, and a public beach area are just a short drive away.
The unit also includes a serviceable "house guitar" for guests who enjoy playing.
*** Please note: We do not have a boat slip, though there is parking for the boat and trailer and easy access to the dock. IF YOU ARE BRINGING A BOAT PLEASE ALERT US IN ADVANCE AS WE WILL NEED TO ARRANGE A PASS FOR THE BOAT PARKING AREA WITH THE HOA. Parking for cars does not require a pass. ***

Our host provided great communication and was very accommodating. Stripers Landing was convenient, well lit, and had great waterfront views. The condo was just enough for 2 people. It was stocked very well. It was also very convenient to parking and had only 10 steps to the front door. We would stay there again!

We stayed at this wonderful condo for 3 nights when we traveled to Moneta from NJ for a family emergency. Todd, the host, could not have been kinder or more accommodating to us. Very welcoming, clean and inviting. Todd responded to any inquiries and even offered suggestions with our stay. Our stay was very enjoyable and will definitely stay there again.

Cozy stay at Smith Mountain Lake
Stayed here over Memorial Day weekend with my family. The pool was awesome, the condo was clean and cozy, and the location is a close drive to multiple restaurants, parks and other activities. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a must stay! The place is clean and stocked up on amenities. It’s a cozy vibe with a great view of the lake. The host is very friendly and responsive. Will definitely be coming back here and staying at this exact place!

The host was very responsive and helpful as we planned our trip. They were flexible with our arrival time, and helpful with offering suggestions on places to eat, etc, for our trip. While we never met, I feel like I made a friend at SML. When we return, we will definitely stay here. The condo was lovely, and well appointed with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

Beautiful Place to Stay!

Condo is very well maintained and very cute and comfortable. Porch is the perfect spot to sit and see the lake. Owner was very good about giving us information we needed. Conveniently located close to restaurants and stores. Would definitely rent again.

We have always enjoyed sharing with people. We are empty nesters (except for our dog Gracie). In 2022, we decided to buy a small place that we could enjoy and host others to let them enjoy this special place in the world.

We really want to share the lake and our little piece of it with people who visit our condo. We do our best to answer questions and make everything as comfortable as possible for your stay. We love our little place at the lake and we think you will, too.

You know how when you get to the last screen before booking a vacation, you're ready to check out, and there are all those extra charges? We hate that, and we expect you might as well. We build our cleaning and linen charges into our pricing and don't charge extra for well-behaved pets.
