Our spacious 2-bedroom 3 bath private single-family home in Avon is less than a mile from world class skiing at Beaver Creek and less than 10 miles to Vail. The open floor plan is inviting and cozy to relax after a day on the slopes. The remodeled kitchen is great to gather for meals which is fully equipped with everything you will need or enjoy grilling on the private deck or playing in the snow in the backyard. Afterwards, sit in one of two living rooms by the fireplace or sip a cocktail at the downstairs bar and then relax on the oversized couches and watch TV.
Upstairs is the large master suite which includes a tempur-pedic king size bed and attached full bath. Bring your laptop and enjoying working from the office which includes a desk and monitor and wifi speed of 200 mbps Take a break and enjoy sitting on the office deck.
The guest bedroom is down the hall with a queen bed and adjacent bathroom.
The attached two car garage allows for private parking. Although oversized vehicles will not fit in the garage, the driveway is long and can accommodate additional oversized vehicles.
We are able to accept some pets especially with the great fenced in backyard. We do charge a pet fee so please contact us for accurate pricing.
Winter month rentals will also include an additional fee for snow removal approximately $150 per 30 day rental.
