Nestled in the heart of Vail Valley, this beautifully renovated 3BR/2BA haven at Buck Creek Condominiums offers stylish accommodations and unparalleled access to all-season outdoor adventure.

Views of the mountains and tall evergreens await on your private balcony, and the Riverfront Express Gondola to Beaver Creek Resort is a 15-minute walk from your door. You'll fall in love with the modern mountain style throughout this 1,413 square foot condo.

LIVING AREA

High ceilings soar in the airy living room, furnished with an impressive sectional. Gather together for a cinematic movie screening on a 75” TV, complete with a sound bar. A wood-burning fireplace with fine stone detail adds a cozy touch on cool nights.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare your favorite foods in the modern kitchen, fully stocked with every gadget you'll need. Enjoy a full suite of stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a fine tile backsplash.

Share special meals at a chic dining table for four in the open-concept common area.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This condo sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms.

Sleep soundly on a stately king-size bed in the upstairs master suite, detailed with a 65” TV and a skylight. Wake up and brew a fresh cup of joe using the in-room Keurig machine. The en-suite master bathroom boasts heated floors, a stone double vanity, and a tiled walk-in shower.

Downstairs, two elegant guest rooms each feature a queen-size bed, a 55” flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan. A gleaming double vanity and walk-in shower round out the guest bathroom.

OUTDOOR AREA

Take in views of the Colorado countryside from your breezy balcony, where there's plenty of comfy seating and a gas grill. This is the perfect perch for morning coffee and evening cookouts.

While the Riverfront Express Gondola to Beaver Creek Resort is a 15-minute walk away, this area is more than just a world-class ski destination. Harry A. Nottingham Park is just over a half-mile from your door. This beloved park is popular for paddleboarding, kayaking, swimming, and fishing at Benchmark Lake. Closeby are pickleball, volleyball, and walking paths.

Book it before it's too late!

Nice views. Next to Nottingham Park and walking trails was a huge plus for us. Covered parking will come in handy during the winter. We'll definitely be back!

Ski trip

This is our second time staying in this beautiful townhouse, and we had another wonderful ski trip to Beaver Creek. This rental has everything you need; it is very clean and beautifully maintained. The townhouse is in an excellent location, positioned perfectly between Beaver Creek and Vail, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We had an amazing trip and hope to return again next year.

Perfect spot down the street from bear lot

The entire home was equipped with everything we needed. We loved the electric blinds for the windows, doors, and skylight. That was a really nice touch to the home.

Perfect Ski Weekend Escape!

This spot was exactly what we were looking for! Beautifully decorated, well stocked, short walk in ski boots to the gondala at Beaver Creek, and an even shorter walk to a shuttle that will take you to the village. We were very impressed by the cleanliness, ease of check in, and the size of the TVs! Will definitely be back. If you are looking for a ski weekend condo for a small group, look no further!

Beautiful property in a great location

Great location close to the beach & dock at Nottingham Lake! The unit itself is beautifully remodeled and well-appointed. Loading/unloading takes a little bit of work as there are stairs to deal with both directions (down 'n then back up each way), but that's typical for everything around this area. Quiet condo complex, ample parking (we did need to have a vehicle moved from our assigned spot in the garage, but Vacasa took care of it quickly when we alerted them to the issue), and close access to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

An Awesome Stay

This townhome was very clean, and very quiet! The home was super comfortable, including all of the beds. We have never stayed at rental that was better equipped with pots and pans, cooking utensils, and “sharp” knives!! We also really appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was — from seasonings, to olive oil, pancake syrup and more. Lastly, the property is only a 5 minute drive to a parking lot that takes skiers to Beaver Creek resort. We look forward to returning next year!

quick ski trip

Condo is terrific - high quality furnishings and very comfortable. Heat was not working in the living room and it was cold without solar heating during the day or a fire at night. Thermostat did not work and was not really solved while we were there or it would have been a higher rating

Great place, great location

Updated and very nice place. We drove to the Elk Parking lot because there didn’t appear to be a great walking route (even though the distance was short). Maybe that was because of all the snow. Saw others getting the bus right in front of our place. There was no coffee (but there was a machine and a Keurig upstairs) which was a bummer and housekeeping left wet towels in the dryer but we still loved the place and would come back.

Perfect condo at the base of the mountain :)

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful, incredibly clean and updated condo and it was absolutely stunning! The location is unbeatable, being situated right at the base of the mountain and close to both BC as well as the highway to head over to Vail - so accessible. Not only that, but the communication, conversation and ease of checking in and getting everything we needed from our host was the best, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The place itself was stunning, with high ceilings, custom features, upgraded items, and intentionality behind the setup of each bedroom and bathroom; additionally, it was easy to find/park/call an Uber/transport skis/luggage/etc. - truly loved everything about this place :) I would 100% stay here again and recommend this place to friends & family, thank you again for the most perfect stay! - Kaleigh xxxxxxx

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is gorgeous. Totally updated with top of the line finishes and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. We loved the area and park right out back. Avon is super close to Beaver Creek and Vail and we enjoyed exploring those areas and hiking. The unit was extremely quiet during our stay. Very comfortable beds and premium bedding! Coming from the Texas heat, the only thing that would have made our stay better is if the unit had AC. It was very hot in Avon the week we stayed (in the 90s) and the temp inside the condo was very high, especially the upstairs master. We would definitely stay again but might return in cooler months!

What a beautiful property. I’ve never stayed in a property so well furnished. We felt as if we were at our home or staying at with family. As we enjoy cooking in finding a kitchen stocked with high end pots, pans, appliances, plates and glass made for a wonderful stay. The unit is a five minute walk in ski boots to the bus stop to Beaver Creek Ski lifts or a 10 minute walk to the Town Gondola. We would high recommend this unit.

XTERRA Race Week

Back for our fifth year (minus COVID) for the XTERRA races on BC. Decided to try Avon and not disappointed by that decision. Fantastic location, easy access to everything and made for a fantastic week. Some minor confusion about air-conditioning (there isn't any) in our initial discussion and didn't really sort it out until after the deposit however other than one warm night, it was not a problem. Turnkey was surprisingly and pleasantly responsive to all of our inquiries and made the whole process easy. If we had a question they responded in minutes. When we had a couple of minor maintenance issues, they were on it very quickly with no impact to us. Super accommodating and the onsite rep was very friendly and made our stay even better. We will definitely consider staying here again for the next race season.

Absolutely Perfect

We traveled with a large group, so I got to compare our condo to three others. Hands down, ours was the nicest and had the most space. This location around the lake is perfect for a multi-family vacation. We will definitely book this same condo again.

The location is close to everything (grocery, beverages, etc.) Condo: Kitchen is stocked with all of the necessities, everything you could think of for a stay. Very nice coffee set up in master. Entertainment: cable, netflix, plenty of movies, games, etc. (they thought of everything). Two bedrooms on 1st floor with queen beds (very comfy). Bathroom on 1st floor is gorgeous, heated floors are a plus. Master: upstair is beyond expectations..super comfortable king bed. Another amazing bathroom, including heated floors. Parking: a dedicated spot open, underground parking garage (protection from snow :-)) Couple of things to know...you will have to carry luggage down a small flight of stair and up another small flight of stairs. Not a big deal, just nice to know in advance. Also, could've used some instruction on the heating..little confusing. I would DEFINITELY recommend this property and would stay again! The owners really thought out every detail.
