Very nice house

We enjoyed our stay in Memphis. There are reasons I give a couple of 4 stars: Cleaniness-we had to clean out both the silverware & utensils drawers. It looks like someone had cleaned off the counter into both. I'm sure they were opened just enough to catch everything. Location & quietness-you are near an airport and FedEx main hub. Unless you are a really deep sleeper, you will hear planes overnight. The only time it truly bothered me is when the wind was right they came directly over the house. Only happened twice but it was on busy nights. The first time, had to get up & check out since it sounded so close. Just a couple of things to note, otherwise we enjoyed our stay in Memphis.

Cozy!

My husband and kids absolutely enjoyed this bnb! It was cozy and very spacious. The property was clean and well kept and the hand written welcome note from Carol was a nice touch. We had a little hiccup with the keyless entry but we called Carol and she came out immediately and had a handyman out in no time to get it fixed. We loved this place and would definitely book here again!

Anniversary Trip

Stayed here on our one year Anniversary trip! Very convenient for everything we had planned! Graceland is right up the street, very easy to get to Fed Ex Forum for the Grizzlies game and other Beale street activities as well as the Civil Rights museum! Highly Recommend! Great quiet and convenient place!

Thoughtfully arranged quiet home

My partner and I met for a quiet and private getaway at this comfortable home. We enjoyed our time very much.Carol has put much thought into providing thoughtful touches and conveniences.

This was a clean, well taken care of place in a decent immediate neighborhood. Carol was very accomodating and a pleasure to rent from. The keyless entry was perfect. She responded immediately to any inquiry. I would definitely rent from her again if ever in the area.

Hello, I’m Carol , a native of Memphis , but my family and I have lived a few different places. From Seattle to Atlanta. My husband and I are the parents of 4 young adults. My favorite activity is Thrifting at stores, garage sales, and estate sales.

Carol’s Place is located in the neighborhood where my husband and I met in the first grade. The neighborhood is full of retirees , which makes it a quiet retreat.

The property is spacious in some areas and cozy in others. Plenty of space for a family to spread out.

The kitchen is updated with all new modern appliances. There are flat screen TVs in the den and both bedrooms.

The property is one level. No stairs.
There is a security system with cameras outside the property.

Easy access to the interstate , Graceland, and downtown.

Health professionals are welcome to stay.
