River's Bend Cabin sits on a bluff overlooking the Caddo River and the Ouachita Mountains. The views are amazing and the water is so close that you can hear the ripples as it makes its way down the river. The cabin has a dipping pool with a waterfall feature that is open from May through September. There are steps down to the river where there is good swimming or fishing. Rivers Bend is a short drive from Glenwood on a quite part of the river. It's on a bluff overlooking the foothills of the Ouachita Mountains and the river is directly below, the sounds of the water rippling is very peacful. Rivers Bend has one of the most beautiful views on the river and is the only lodging on the river that has its own heated dipping pool with a waterfall. ( Open from May through September ).
