Lounge by Caddo River and take in stunning views from your private deck — complete with a hammock, a hanging egg chair, two rocking chairs, and a dining set for four! This cozy space has ample sleeping arrangements; one King Bedroom with a Sleep Number Mattress, plus a Queen Bed in the loft promises optimal rest & relaxation. Inside you’ll find everything necessary for cooking up delicious meals — cookware, bakeware (we've got muffin tins!), utensils...even waffle-maker for breakfast feasts! And we didn't forget about outdoor activities: head down to the river or spend quality family time around our firepit before playing on the bungee swing nestled among trees. Get ready…its luxury living like never before!

We loved everything about the Honeybee!!! We loved the location. The view was amazing, the cabin was beautiful, well decorated, well stocked and felt like being in our home away from home. Lisa was very responsive and very nice. Our granddaughter loved the loft and was very excited about the waffle bar. 10 out of 10! We will be back!

Beautiful house and view. We enjoyed the hot tub but not the hammocks as much since it was a cooler weekend. The only bad thing was the flies that weekend. We had a great time.

The HoneyBee was amazing!! From the moment we booked, Lisa was so kind and helpful! The house was immaculate and was stocked with everything we needed and more! The kids especially loved the s’mores bag Lisa left for us! You couldn’t pick a better location. Right out the front door is the perfect place for kids to play and super fun rapids. We loved kayaking and tubing down the beautiful river, building stone castles, looking for arrowheads, finding crawfish, watching the many deer, sitting by the fire and lying on the cool hammocks looking at the stars. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing and fun place to stay, look no further. We will be back!

Hangout Properties was created in 2014 after Lance and Lisa Simpson embarked on their first cabin rental. As a Design-Build couple, they began daydreaming and drafting until they came up with a perfectly unique cabin plan. Their excitement was contagious and just like that a new chapter of their lives was written. They continued their dreams and eventually built 5 additional rental cabins, becoming the #1 Vacation Rental Company on the Caddo River. Together they strive to add unique designs and features to each cabin.
Lance and Lisa have 3 daughters and 2 Son-in-laws that all enjoy spending time together on the river. We have been blessed beyond measure that life has taken us on this course. We are so thrilled to be able to share our dream with you and your family and friends.
