If I told you that the view from inside the villa as well as from the beautiful terrace and its swimming pool gives you a 180° panorama of the Mediterranean Sea, of the Sardina beach (one of the most beautiful in the region) but also of Gibraltar and the African coast... You've understood it will be difficult to find better than this magnificent property of nearly 140 m2 of living space, 3 bedrooms (one of them with a double bed and a bunk bed), 2 bathrooms built on a 640 m2 plot, entirely private and oriented south-west.



Completely renovated with a new fully equipped kitchen and a clean, modern style, this villa has retained its Andalusian charm and character.



Its exclusive location allows you to discover one of the most sought-after regions in Europe, namely the Costa del Sol, Andalusia in all its splendour, with the Sotogrande marina and its yachts just 2 km away, but also the La Duquesa marina in a completely different style.

Beautiful vista, interior well maintained and comfortable.

We arrived to find the property interior clean, recently decorated, well taken care of and comfortable furnishings. The view from the living room is superb! The living room furnishings are very comfortable and in great shape and clean. Kitchen recently updated well setup! Shower and bathrooms were slightly disappointing and need modernisation - but almost functional, primary en-suite shower did not drain so was not usable. Outside furniture was comfortable but in need of a good clean. The outside photos are also out of date, glass wall has been placed with an inexpensive wire fence… and the patio is in desperate need of restoration and breaking apart. Lighting fixture on wall was left with a wires and light socket rather than a proper fixture. We also thought they could have opened up the outside and given it a was / clean before we arrived (first impressions and all). Took a bit of time swapping out batteries in corresponding remotes to get the wall heaters / ac working - another thing that could have made the welcome a bit nicer. Key pick up and drop off is at a property managers office - good communication and fairly straight forward. Overall - we had a fabulous time and enjoyed our stay. All of the items mentioned didn’t disrupt our holiday at all. Location is good, shame you have to drive to get anywhere due to the 4 lane road cutting off the estate; but local town nice, beach was beautiful (1 min drive) and Sotogrande Marina was fantastic.

Beware!

From the key pickup to the key drop off it was a bad experience. The house is not in good shape, not clean, needs interior painting, shower flooded, etc. the directions to the property are not at all clear and it was difficult to find. The shower flooded, it took two days for a plumber to come and then he left the filthy drain off and the hand wand on the floor with no communication from anyone as to what was going on. The other bathroom shower door is not sealed properly and water gets all over the floor and the towels are old and rough. The owner needs to leave instructions on how to operate the air and heat, the tv and all the appliances. The pluses for the property are the beds, the appliances and the view. We communicated all of this to the property manager and she still hasn’t gotten back to us. We want a refund of part of our payment. I will be sending pictures and a detailed description of everything to the property managers.

Extraordinary views

Thank you for everything. We hope to comeback. I'm sure the house must be very cool and pleasant in summer, but in winter it could get a little warmer a day before, because the ground was frozen!

Wonderful place, with a beautiful view. Nice clean house, good beds and everything you needed in the kitchen We tried to contact Zap holiday, both by Phone and e-mail, regarding one of the toilets, but nevet received any reply. It would have been nice with a Call back or an e-mail.

Peaceful villa

Very nice and spacious villa with all modern amenities. Very clean. View was spectacular. Pool good. Depending on the wind-direction some noice came from the road nearby. On the other hand some mornings you can hear the waves. No neighbours were seen or heard. A car is a must as you can’t walk even to the nearest beach as you can’t cross the highway. No supermarkets closeby. Overall very tranquil place. Playa de los Toros was a good pebble beach very close to the villa, with a good beach-restaurant. Close to Duquesa we found a nice sandy beach, Playa Sabillinas, wich was a bigger and more crowded beach with all services yet still had fairly quiet atmosphere.
