SunDestin 1504 by Scenic Stays

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITY CLOSINGS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2025

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort works to improve and enhance the overall guest experience.

SunDestin Beach Resort lies right in the heart of Destin, FL and offers a plethora of amenities. Some of these include an outdoor and indoor pool (heated seasonally), where you can take a break from the sand, a fitness center, sauna, and more! Additional seasonal amenities include, a tiki bar, and beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee). Plus, the Scenic Stays team is alway available at the 24 hour front desk.

SunDestin 1504 is a vibrant and spacious three-bedroom condo with sleeping for up to ten guests. Upon entering, you’ll see the first bedroom with a queen bed and one and a half bathrooms. At the end of the entry hall is the fully equipped, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters. A high top bar sits three, and the large dining area sits six. The living area brings even more color to this bright space. There’s a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a large TV and DVD player so you can take advantage of the complimentary rentals that come with your stay. Step onto the balcony to find plenty of seating to sip your morning coffee and breathe in the fresh gulf air. A sliding door opens into the master bedroom with a private bathroom. Pass the in-unit washer and dryer before you get to the third bedroom with two double beds and a private, full bathroom. You’re sure to have plenty of room for everyone in this three-bedroom vacation rental.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

SunDestin Beach Resort is only minutes from many of Destin’s popular attractions, including Harborwalk Village, just four miles west, and Destin Commons, four miles east. At Harborwalk, you’ll find an array of watersports, such as waverunners, parasailing, and snorkeling, plus plenty of shopping and dining.
