Stay was very nice. Condo was clean and well stocked. Biggest downside was the advertisement of a beach on the property. It’s more steps down a rocky shoreline to some pretty murky water.

Better experience than I expected. Communication was great and super easy check in/out procedures. The unit was very clean and well provisioned. Everyone in my family slept comfortably and had room to spread out. We did not get to use all of the available amenities of the resort due to our tight schedule but they looked fun. We would love to come back someday to take advantage of everything this listing has to offer.

We enjoyed this condo, the bikes (and helmets), and pool. Great views, walked to fish, saw the sunrise and sunset. Liked that there were restaurants, grocery store nearby. Family of 4 (2 teenagers) fit perfectly. The host very quickly and kindly replied to an error on the tv. Check in and check out was very easy. We felt safe, relaxed, and would stay here again.

If you are an organized person with an eye for detail, this house is for you. Everything is in its place—complete with small labels providing instructions. If you want to play tennis but didn't bring your rackets, or if you’d like to go fishing, there is a closet stocked with absolutely everything you could imagine to ensure your stay is perfect. Truly excellent.

The condo was well appointed and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed for a nice family dinner. The property had a pool, pier, bikes, water toys and so many beachfront sitting areas. We saw dolphins, fish and some lobsters. Nicole communicated well. We did have an issue at check-in but she quickly and completely rectified it to our satisfaction…a sign of a great property manager. I would highly recommend this property and we look forward to returning when we have more time to hang out and enjoy the amenities.

4.5 stars rounded up to 5 for the lovely experience! The place was clean, spacious, and well stacked, and the complex was beautiful. The host was accommodating and helpful with any questions we had. The only downside was the entry gate not recognizing our license plate at times, and the elevators were out of service for a portion of our trip due to weather (out of anyone’s control) which was challenging at times as we had a disabled person in our party, but the situation was actively being worked on while we were there. Overall highly recommend to anyone looking for a Florida Keys getaway with everything all accessible in one place!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

This condo is located within Kawama, a private resort community in Key Largo, which is gated and guarded 24/7. Adjacent to the Tower Building are the newly resurfaced lighted tennis courts. Kawama was built around a delightful and scenic 3-acre salt-water lagoon that is constantly maintained and properly aerated to keep the small fish and plant life well balanced. You will always find swimmers, paddle boarders, kayakers and kids on floats enjoying the large floating platforms that have been tethered and placed in the middle of the lagoon. There is a sandy beach at one end of the lagoon, tiki huts and also a walking path around the perimeter of its shoreline, which is dotted with palms and shady trees. The lagoon is one of two unique features of the Kawama community. The other unique feature is the 400-foot fishing jetty, where residents and guests enjoy fly-fishing for tarpon, bonefish and snapper and where they also like to gather for sunset watching each evening (a photo opportunity not to be missed). Across the water, a few hundred yards in front of the jetty, you will discover Rodriguez Key, a small uninhabited and protected mangrove island that is popular with boaters for its low-tide sandbar. A nice leisurely walk from the Tower to the jetty will take you along Kawama's beach and sandy coastline, where you will find several tiki huts, lots of beach-type seating (a perfect place to sunbathe), and a couple of fire pits, some grills and a fish-cleaning station. We also have the Molasses Reef Marina with dozens of slips and a boat ramp that can be used by owners and guests at no charge. The boats have access to the marina's channel, which empties directly into the Atlantic Ocean. Besides the Tower's own private Oasis Pool, Kawama's amenities also include a fun children's playground with a Pirates theme. We are surrounded by world-famous John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, where thousands come to snorkel and scuba dive and is only a short bike ride away.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Ours is the one condo in this building that provides amenities such as 2 kayaks with life vests in various sizes, 2 paddle boards, 2 bikes with helmets, tennis rackets & balls, fishing poles & gear plus much more. We're all about FUN IN THE SUN!

*Please note that you will be required to complete a waiver prior to your stay in order to use the kayaks, paddleboards and bikes.
