Tucked away in a lush gated paradise with steady breezes and magnificent 360 down-island views of the nearby islands, including the US and British Virgin Islands, Yellowbird Villa is your own elegant resort consisting of 6 private, air-conditioned villas and one of the largest villa pools on the island.

Covered walkways lead you to the villas, each comfortably furnished with air conditioning and an adjoining full bathroom. Yellowbird features 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms including two separate kitchens. The main villa boasts a modern, 40 ft x 30 ft newly renovated kitchen complete with everything you need to entertain guests or the whole family.

Lounge in the comfortable, large living room and enjoy the beautiful views of paradise where indoor/outdoor living spaces flow seamlessly through the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors on three sides of the villa. Enjoy the added convenience of two separate laundry rooms, WiFi, television, and the pool can be heated upon request for an additional charge of $550.

Situated in the prestigious Peterborg neighborhood of St. Thomas, the villa enjoys exceptional seclusion and privacy with a gated entrance while also being just one mile from the world-famous Magen’s Bay Beach, one of the Top 10 Beaches in the World, and is a ten-minute drive from downtown restaurants, and duty-free shopping.

Fabulous group accommodations

This property was perfect for our large group. Individual bedrooms/baths, a common living area and scenic views from the outdoor pool/patio areas! There were a few concerns during our stay but Sydnee resolved them in a timely manner. Msuggestion

Birthdays and anniversary

The Bird Family fell in love with Yellowbird!

A stunning property with unmatchable views of the British & U.S. Virgin Islands. Located within a mile of the Magen's Bay it was the perfect paradise to bring in the New Year with days on the beaches, a wonderful boat trip, fantastic meals and many lazy happy hours spent by the pool with our family!! Thank you for hosting us and we will be back next year:)

Beautiful accommodations for multiple families

We had 3 families with a total of 12 and we had plenty of room for privacy but also great shared spaces at the pool and living room/kitchen. The house was well supplied, clean and very comfortable as well as beautifully decorated. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The views are gorgeous and the location is very close to Magen's bay but otherwise most things to do are a 15-30 minute drive.

AMAZINGGGG!!!!!

This was hands down the BEST vacation property I’ve stayed as by far. The check in process was easy, the views are AMAZING!!! And the property is spacious. Pictures doesn’t do this villa justice. Every room has a breathtaking view of the island, and everyone had their own space. The apartment villa on the property was a plus, as well as the two master suites. I would stay here every time I visit St. Thomas! Thanks for hosting us

Family vacation

Beautiful ocean views and tropical landscaping. Unusual layout with rooms in separate buildings that provided a nice feeling of privacy. There were some cleaning issues that were not addressed during our stay. Calls made to the number listed in the "house notebook" the first couple of days were not returned. I did communicate with Lynzee, who was super nice and helpful, going above and beyond with some great tips and information. It was a perfect size for our big family group, 11 people. 8 adults and 3 children.

About that view…! Stunning property layout

Wow! That view! Loved the location and space. We were a family of 12 and had plenty of space for everyone to have their own privacy, yet be together. Loved the layout, 6 villas and a main house; it was like our own small resort. The main house served as our meeting point for meals and games. We had Chef Bishop deliver 2 meals which were the best meals of the trip. Only 5 minute drive to Magens Bay, 10 minutes to The Grind great coffee and breakfast and Root 42 restaurant. 20 minutes to most other beaches and Charlotte Amalie. A car is needed or hire Peanut, he’s the man! Description and photos are just as described, even better. I would highly recommend this location and would return in a minute! Brooke and Sydnee were very responsive before and during our stay. I did experience issues communicating via the VRBO app but found a workaround to communicate direct. The house cleaning wasn’t completed when we arrived, but these were minor issues compared to the gorgeous week we shared and memories made.

Two adult families stayed for wedding

The setup is absolutely perfect for a group of adults: everyone has privacy and their own bathrooms, with plenty of common space to hang out for meals. The only tiniest downside is if you are planning to come and go a lot, the location is one of the prettiest but slightly harder to get to than other spots on the island. Property managers were super easy to deal with and accommodating.

What a beautiful property

The house is lovely, and the view is magnificent. Everyone enjoyed there privacy and still had plenty of good times in the pool and common areas. There was plenty of space for our family of 10. Brooke and Syndnee did everything they could to accommodate us. and solve any small issues we may have had. There are a few items that need fixing, they seem aware of them and are attempting to take care of them. We didn't spend much time in our rooms, so the issues were minor for us. The pool was wonderful and the area is so peaceful. What a great getaway! I highly recommend this location.

Lovely Compound for Family & Friends

Had a wonderful week stay for 8 of us, 2 families. The layout is exceptional given there's great gathering space for all both inside and out, but also a lovely separation of spaces for some solace and serenity when desired. The openness of the living space is wonderful allowing for light an air on 3 sides for the feeling of being outside even when you're in. We cherished our time on the patio overlooking the waters and islands off of the north shore. The hosts were exceptional at communication, made the whole booking, checking in, and any amenities very simple to handle. Thanks Brooke and Sydnee, much appreciated.

Excellent Complex

The property was fantastic! The way the property is laid out allows for a group to retreat to their own rooms and still have a central location to have meals and party. The pool adds to the aesthetics and the views are magnificent. If we would consider to travel back to St. Thomas I would not hesitate to rent this property again. The concierge services provided by Brooke and Sydney were also fantastic! They responded to every question and provided information on places to eat etc. They did all the shopping for our provisions prior to arrival and made our Thanksgiving dinner reservations well. They were spot on with their recommendations for a snorkeling tour and deep sea fishings. All were top shelf! This location provided us probably best family vacation our group of 10 has had! Bravo to Brooke and Sydney!!!

Overall exactly as described. Only downside was water pressure in shower.

Overall great stay. The only downfall was in two of the bedrooms the water went completely away during a shower, and one of the bedrooms had missing blinds not giving privacy in one of the rooms.

Fantastic getaway!

Yellowbird was the perfect set up for our group of 3 families, including 6 adults and 5 kids ages 10-13. We loved how there was a central area everyone could be together but then everyone could retreat to their own rooms. The most amazing part is the view! It doesn't get old sitting by the pool and watching the sunrise over the water every morning while you enjoy your coffee and you can continue to do the same in the afternoon with your beverage of choice. The drive is definitely a little tricky but totally worth it. Sydnee & Brooke were fantastic before as well as throughout our stay and were always quick to answer any of our questions or to help address any issues that arose during our stay. Highly recommend letting them book massages for you and enjoying them under one of the walkways with the ocean breeze blowing - amazing! This was the first trip for all 3 families since COVID and we could not have asked for a better place to spend our week of relaxation!

Gorgeous Retreat for Large Groups; Great Manager

I booked this property before it had any reviews on VRBO, and I'm thrilled to say it was worth the risk. Yellowbird is a large, well-maintained property that is perfect for large groups. We had a group of 12, some couples and some friends, and there was ample space for all of us to spread out and to work together if we chose. The location is a little bit out-of-the-way, but so is almost every nice house on the island. The main room is perfect for hanging out, the pool is lovely, and the view from every single room is gorgeous. Note that the roads to get up to the house are windy - you'll need some comfortable drivers. Brooke was amazing - we had two difficult moments while there (cistern ran out of water; electricity briefly went out and the generator did not kick on), Brooke handled both very well. It is an island - these things happen - so just be aware of that. All in all a beautiful place to stay and perfect for large groups.

Lovely Spring Getaway

The view is one of the most stunning. It takes your breath away. The home is quite large and none of the rooms are connected, which is perfect for privacy. Wonderful outdoor space with comfortable furnishings. The property managers were incredibly attentive and available to answer any questions. We had a fabulous time!

YELLOWBIRD IS TRULY A PARADISE

WHERE TO BEIGIN, FROM THE MOMENT WE ARRIVED AT THE PROPERTY WE KNEW WE WERE IN PARADISE. ENTER THROUGH THE SECOND SECURITY GATE INTO A MASSIVE DRIVEWAY. BROOKE MET US THERE TO GIVE US A TOUR. WALKING DOWN THE PATH IMMEDIATELY YOU ARE OVERCOME WITH THE EXPANSIVE PATIO WITH POOL AND BREATHTAKING VIEWS. THIS PROPERTY IS DEFINITELY THE BEST PROPERTY I HAVE EXPERIENCED FOR A LARGER GROUP. THE LARGE MAIN HOUSE HAS A LARGE KITCHEN WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED! EVEN A KITCHEN AID MIXER. THERE IS A LIVING ROOM, HALF BATH AND DINING AREA AS WELL. LARGE SLIDING GLASS DOORS OPEN TO LET THE AMAZING BREEZE IN. BEST PART IS EACH OF THE BEDROOMS IS IN ITS OWN BUILDING. EVERYONE CAN BE TOGETHER IN THE COMMON AREAS AND THEN RETREAT TO THEIR VERY PRIVATE BEDROOMS ALL WITH CLOSETS, FULL BATHROOMS, AC, TV AND AND AMAZING VIEW. TRYULY FEELS LIKE YOU ARE AT A RESORT. OUT THE FRONT GATE IS A BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF MAGENS BAY. THE GARBAGE NEVER PILED UP IT WAS REMOVED 3 TIMES DURING OUT STAY. SYDNEE AND BROOKE WERE VERY RESPONSIVE BEFORE THE TRIP AND DURING OUR STAY. THEY ARRANGED TRANSPORTATION, ON SITE MASSAGES AND DINNER RESERVATIONS. DO NOT PASS UP A CHANCE TO VISIT YELLOWBIRD. I PROMISE YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT
