Location of this house was incredible. The pool was wonderful. Communication was excellent. The house was very clean with many amenities. The view from the back deck and pool was the best.

Great escape!

This property was perfect for two families traveling for a much needed vacation! Perfect location for dining in Red Hook with so many beautiful beaches nearby. You cannot beat the view from the deck! Plenty of space and everything we needed for a great week.

Great view Villa

We had 12 of us (6 couples) stay in this villa. It is a great view which we all enjoyed. Close to Red Hook which was nice. Villa was as advertised. We would stay their again.

Winter Getaway for siblings

Villa Alta Marera was a great house for a group Of seven people. Enjoyed the veranda , the views the sunsets & meals. Location near ferries & Red Hook was helpful. Prestige Property Management was easy to work with.

Amazing Vacation

We had a great time at Alta Marea. It was a beautiful, large home that met all of our needs. There were 7 adults. The home is comfortable with spectacular views! Justin was great answering any travel questions.

Spectacular views

The house is exactly as pictured. Bathrooms are nicely done and the deck is spacious and overlooking the harbor. The only issue was the sliding door to the deck is very difficult to open and close. Otherwise a wonderful house to rent

Pictures Don’t Do This Place Justice!

This house is beautiful and the view is absolutely gorgeous! It’s located in a cul-de-sac so you will have total peace and quiet for you and your family or friends. The property manager was extremely nice and professional and everything is nearby (great places to eat and shops). Go ahead and stay for a while you won’t regret it…

Amazing Sunset Views and Fun Times

A group of friends/couples spent the week at Villa Alta Marea. The pool was a bit larger than expected. The kitchen a bit smaller. We specifically enjoyed spending time on the outdoor patio and in the pool watching the sunset.
