great location, nice flat, loved the air conditioning. didn't love having to stash bags in one place and grab a key from another place lots of walking and waiting around after a very long flight.

We enjoyed our stay

Spacious, charming, bright and fully equipped flat comfortable for 3-4 people. Good and friendly communication with the property management team, clear check-in/out instructions. Convenient location for all public transportation, supermarkets and restaurants within a block. We enjoyed out stay.

Appartement lumineux et très bien placé . Positive: L’emplacement car proche de la Gare Montparnass

Bright flat in a very good location. Close to Gare Montparnasse. Large, quiet flat. The water in the shower had to be drained. It was not easy to collect and return the keys as we had suitcases.

The apartment is ‘as advertised’ on the website. The building does have a small elevator, and air conditioning. I suspect that the earlier reviews that mentioned the noise from the bar below was before the air conditioning was installed and they needed to have the windows open. That said, there was some noise from the bar/street below and the apartment above, but it was typical of an urban building. There are restaurants and grocery stores (and patisserie’s) nearby. The metro station is very close, or you can walk for 15 min to the RER station to go to CDG with no transfers. I have one complaint- and it was very annoying. Although we had multiple emails from GuestReady that our rental was confirmed- and after we submitted the requested identification- and the website confirmed we had successfully submitted everything, we still didn’t get the required code to allow us to pick up the keys. When we arrived at the place to pick up the key (Ibis hotel nearby) they could not do anything to help us without the code. We called and were on hold for over an hour until finally being given a code to get our key.

My husband, son and I stayed in this lovely apartment for 5 nights. It was fantastic and we'd definitely stay here again. Our stay coincided with a record heat wave, so we were grateful for the AC in bedrooms. Very quiet, lovely building. Easy walk to metro, tons of cafes and shops. The washing machine worked well, with the drying rack in the bathroom. There is a small elevator, three flights of stairs if you prefer walking (or are claustrophobic!). I appreciated the tip from one other review about printing out the instructions for getting the key when you arrive, as there are multiple emails about arrival and the key instructions are only in one email. No complaints - excellent place. Thanks!
