Apartment on raised ground floor with balcony in a residence of 30 apartments, built in 1971, located 500m from Clusaz center, 800m from ESF ski lesson departures at Bossonnet, 50m from shuttle services and aquatic space. Beautiful view of the village, mountains and ski slopes.
