Ground floor apartment with balcony in a residence of 30 apartments, built in 1971, located 500m from Clusaz center, 800m from ESF ski lesson departures at Bossonnet, 50m from shuttle services and aquatic space. Beautiful view of the village, mountains and ski slopes.
ENTRANCE/KITCHEN AREA: (parquet floor) 3.24 m2, refrigerator (134L), microwave, vitroceramic plates, dishwasher, fondue appliance, filter coffee maker, kitchen utensils
LIVING ROOM: (parquet floor) 13.39 m2, 1 bunk bed (80 cm), (top bed forbidden -6 years), 1 RAPIDO 2 pers sofa bed (140 cm), wardrobe storage, television, French door leading to a south-facing balcony (possibility of storing skis), beautiful view of mountains and village,
BATHROOM: 3.11 m2, bathtub, sink, washing machine, WC
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Included services:
- Welcome kit offered (toilet paper roll, garbage bag, sponge, floor liquid, dishwasher tablets)
- Duvets and pillows
- Central collective heating, water, electricity (except for long-term rentals (billed according to meter reading)
- Collective parking of the residence (non-nominative spaces) or Municipal public parking (weekly subscription)
- Exterior stairs to access the entrance of the residence or chalet (5 steps)
