It's equipped with a full kitchen, granite countertops, subway tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances. Comes with a TV in the living room equipped with Hulu, Netflix and wifi. King bed is a tempurpedic with an adjustable base. There is one full size, bathroom and closet. The sofa is also a sleeper as well. Property includes a pool and gym along with free street parking only.

The space
This place has been disinfected top to bottom for each stay and is COVID-19 approved. My place is new and modern chic. My unit has close access to the park. The complex is right on the Riverwalk.

There is a $45 pet fee per stay. Maximum 1 pet.

Other things to note
This rental is in a residential apartment community. As such, the employees
in the leasing office are not equipped to help with check-in procedures. Please contact us directly for any questions during your stay.
