Newly renovated ground floor with easy access, designed for a one month to a three month stay during the off season (November - March 15th), plenty of storage, a fully equipped kitchen perfect for a Fall/Winter stay. During season perfect for a couples with children.

Extremely nice (recently renovated) ground floor modern studio design unit, located at Hidden Beach Villas. Just steps to the sugar white sand beaches. Laundry facilities on site (just behind the pool house) Located along scenic Hwy. 30A, "Hidden Beach Villas", in the heart of Seagrove Beach, between famous Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The 19 mile paved bike/walk path that parallels the entire length of Hwy. 30A is conveniently located in front of the complex.

Hidden Beach Villa 128 is an updated first floor studio which sleeps up to 4 with a queen bed and a queen sofa sleeper. Fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels provided.

Easy step-in-walk in shower. Enjoy the modern furnishings and the cheerful color palette in this great vacation studio located between famous Seaside and Rosemary Beach.

Easy access to the beach. Perfect size for a couples getaway. The only issues was that we could not sit on the porch our first morning because someone was smoking marijuana from one of the above units. Another small issue was that the mattress cover kept coming off so the sheets would not stay on .

Family vacation

We love Florida and the Gulf Coast, this area was perfect for us! The condo was great and we loved that it was just steps to the pool and close to the beach access. We will definitely be returning and hopefully staying longer than a week next time!

Steps to pool and beach!

We loved being able to walk out the back door and be at the pool in just a few short steps. The beach access was so close and easy. The studio was just right for the two of us. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice location

Easy beach access. Very nice. Beds are not the most comfortable but everything else is nice. The beach is not dog friendly but there is a great dog park not too far away. Walk to bike rentals

Accommodations

Condo was clean and decorated cute. Great Location. However, states can sleep 6 but really only 4 adult size and 2 small children. Very small if it is all teens or adults. Better fit for a small family with young children.

Great family condo

Property was just as described. Cozy cabin for our family if 4. Our 10 year old slept in the bunk bed, and our 12 year old slept on the sofa. Easy walk across the street to the beach, and a short bike ride to Seaside. We will definitely go back. Only negative is the dishwasher is very loud.

Very nice studio by the beach!

This cute studio condo was the perfect place to stay at Seagrove! The pictures were very accurate, very clean with lots of supplies given. The pool area is right outside the door and is a very clean property. The best part is the easy walk to the beach. It is literally across the road and down the steps and you are on the beach! The property managers are so very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this condo, especially for the price!

Candy at Seagrove on the Beach was able to find us another unit at a different property that met our needs. We were a little apprehensive at first because the original unit was picked based on location, ease of beach access, etc. She promptly answered all of our questions and concerns. When we arrived we found the unit was a happy accident. The location was perfect. The beach access it right across the street however, we ended up riding bikes to the Santa Clara beach access (super close) as it had a ramp instead of stairs. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Bed was pretty comfortable as well. We would definitely stay again.

Seagrove Beach, FL Hidden Beach Villas

Renting this Hidden Beach Villa property was very easy though Vrbo. As easy as looking for Beach villa/condo by price or by size, proximity to the beach. We chose the best fit for us and it worked out perfectly! The unit was clean and well kept. The queen bed and the sofa sleeper worked well. The bunkbeds were too small for our grandson (4'11"). We loved the pool and grass & garden areas. The pool was right out the back door. We used the grills out by the pool to cook burgers and hot dogs for a few of our meals throughout our stay. There is a laundry room on the premises, along with bathrooms by the pool area. The Bramble Beach access was located at the end of the property across the street (there is a crosswalk)..nice access with wooden path and stairs to get to the beach. We were able to rent an umbrella and chairs from one of the other beachfront condo rental companies. There were bicycles at the property to use as traffic is very heavy along 30A!! We did encounter a few restaurants being closed due to the pandemic.. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much!

Great stay with our littles!

We stayed with our ten month old and 3.5 year old Sunday-Friday. Our stay was truly just really, really great. I can be a bit picky, but this really fit the bill. The unit was clean upon arrival - cleaner than any of the hotels we stayed at on our way down and back. The layout worked well for our family as our older child slept on the bunkbeds and the baby slept next to us. Having a small kitchen was great. We loved the nice spacious bathroom and walk in shower (very nice for after the beach/pool). The unit's space is utilized well. The location is wonderful. Every day we loaded up the push cart and then a new wagon we grabbed with beach toys, boogie board, chairs, towels, and the kids and we walked across the street to the beach. There is access almost directly across the street, but we needed a ramp due to the wagon so we walked just a little further down the street to the ramp entrance. After spending time at the beach and in the sun, we typically hosed all the sand off, walked back, and jumped straight into the pool! We loved that amenity. It was a very nice sized pool with a 3 foot area with nice wide stairs leading in, but it also goes down to six feet at the other end which was fun. Our back door was steps from the pool (it is inside of a fence with childproof entry and gates that click shut behind you which gave me peace of mind). The laundry room is attached to the pool house and we did use it halfway through our stay. We appreciated being able to do laundry and that it was so close to our unit. We were able to use our debit card on the machines, too. The property manager office was wonderful communication wise. With littles, we really spent most of our time at the beach, the pool, or out to eat, so this really was just the perfect spot for us. We enjoyed our time in Seaside. After seeing Rosemary Beach's town center, we wish we would've spent more time there! It's beautiful also and has many eating and shopping options. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and plan to be back!

Reviewer Comments: My two tweener kids and I stayed there for a three night beach getaway and found it to be ideally suited as "home base" when the plan was to spend all day at the beach, and all evening at the Seaside town square.We rented bikes from a neighboring bike shop and enjoyed the short ride along the bath to our reserved beach chairs and then further down the road to Seaside.The condo is cozy, but had everything we needed to wind down upon our late evening arrival, and to prepare breakfast before heading out in the mornings.We'll be back!
