This very spacious home is perfect for a family outing or couples retreat. This condo's bathrooms, bedrooms, living area, and kitchen have all been remodeled, and it has TVs for you to relax in front of and a wood-burning fireplace. Pitkin Creek is three and a half miles from the Village and serviced by the free town bus every 15 minutes in peak periods and through to 2:00 am. There is also a year-round outdoor hot tub and a summertime pool. Plus, you'll find a grocery store right on the premises. This retreat is also close to Eagle's Nest Wilderness hiking trails and Gold Medal Waters for fly fishing.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
