Ocean views in each bedroom and a lovely balcony with a view of the waves - there's plenty to enjoy in this beach condo! Nautical decor and modern tile and wood-style flooring set the tone for this family-friendly space. Don't worry, there's central air conditioning to help keep everyone cool and comfortable. A ceiling fan and TV in each bedroom will help everyone relax on their own terms. When you're coming back from the beach (which really is as close as it looks!), just stick the sandy towels in the private washer/dryer and start relaxing. Guests can also enjoy access to a shared hot tub and a heated, outdoor pool during their stay.

What's nearby:
Walk to the beach, and enjoy the miles of jewel-tone ocean in both directions. Get a great look of the surrounding area at the Exploration Tower, just under two miles away. Not far from the Tower is the Cape Canaveral Lighthouse, where guests can take a tour and learn more about the area's space exploration heritage. If you're looking to go fishing out on the water, guests can find many options from Port Canaveral just over two miles from the condo. The Manatee Sanctuary Park (one-and-a-half miles from the condo) provides a lovely retreat and a chance to view one of Florida's most protected animals.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Not what we expected

We had a rough night the first night bugs invaded the kitchen floor. Cockroaches ants spiders. We had gone to take a shower and one of the showers was leaking everywhere like crazy. Great location great spot.

Perfect location and view, run down unit

The view and location of this condo were perfect for our family. Unfortunately the condo was not ready for our rental. All the blankets had been removed from the unit and the pillow cases were dirty. We were missing towels and the advertised pool was closed for the winter with chairs and orange cones blocking both entrances. We contacted Vacasa right away about issues and the response was a ticket had been started. After 3 days the response was the same. The local Vacasa team never responded or delivered the requested linens. We went to the local superstore and purchased, blankets, pillows, towels, pillow cases, and soap for the unit. The slider door off the living room does not lock, and the dish washer is not working properly. The master bathroom had bags of trash in the cabinet from the last guests. Only 3 of the four beach chairs are usable and the beach closet was full of trash from the last guests. This condo has the potential to be amazing. I feel it is poorly managed.

Great location and views

The condo overall was great. Had some issues that could have been taken care of fairly quickly but never did.. and I was there for almost a month. I contacted vacasa multiple times with these issues but after weeks of no action I had to take cars of them myself. This is no falt of the owner but between vacasa and the housekeeping/maintenance crew. I would definitely recommend the condo to anyone I would just recommend to the owners to look into different housekeeping and maintenance crews.

Best on the beach

Location is everything! While this condo needs upgrades, it was very clean and had everything we needed in! Beds were comfortable but we hope they keep an eye on that! We will stay here again and hope they take our comments to heart!

Beautiful Home!

My family loved this beautiful home during our stay. There are lots of stairs which could be an issue for some. Everything was clean and comfy and convenient to the pool and beach. The balcony area was so unique and offered several different views from sunrise to sunset. There is plenty to do and places to eat nearby as well. I will be booking this home again for next year!

Royal Mansions Stay

Property and surroundings are nice. Common areas and unit were nice. Good access to pool area and beach. There are a fair amount of steps to navigate for luggage if you are age challenged. Had some AC issues that happened but the communication with Vacasa was clunky and not the best follow-up but we got through it.

Great view of the Atlantic. Nice pool. Only negative was a lot of steps going up to the unit and in the unit.

Vacation

Pool wasn’t cleaned for days, the hot tub didn’t work. I had to clean up, strip the beds, start the dishwasher and take the trash out. It ran much better when it was owned by Royal Mansions. We have been coming here since 1996!

Oceanside Vacation

Amazing views. Condo needs major updating. The kitchen cookware, utensils, etc are old. Two flights of steps just to get to the first of two floors in the condo. TV cable is minimal and not user friendly. The condo grounds were clean and quiet. Probably would not rent this one again unless it has a major interior update.

Secone time at this GREAT Location. Balcony has AMAZING view. Nice location, close to lots of shoping options within a short drive. Or stay close for a beach/pool day.

Awesome Stay would love to return if possible.

When we first got there, there was a couple issues, after making contact with who we needed to, they were very understandable and cooperative with the issues. But after that this was one of the best vacations I ever had. Very clean, awesome views and everything worked as it was suppose to. The perfect distance from the ocean, the pool and hot tub were great. The only thing I thought might be considered is that they keep the pool and hot tub available after dusk. They have beautiful lights that light up the pool and hot tub after dusk and it would be great to use the pool and hot tub while its lit up so beautiful.

Great Location

Great location. Perfect ocean views and beach access. Perfect spot for I witnessing rocket launches from Cape Canaveral. Kitchen, living and dining area could be upgraded and brightened up. Definitely needs a more comfy couch.

Direct Oceanfront Views

We loved that it's closest to the oceanfront with unobstructed views from both the downstairs and upstairs bedrooms, and the balcony! It was very clean upon arrival. I would have given it 5 stars but you absolutely must replace both mattresses! They are in terrible condition!

Great view

We really enjoyed the direct ocean view from this condo. I will have to say that the furniture wasn’t all that comfortable. The beds slept good, and the kitchen was well equipped. We had an issue with one of the bathroom sinks leaking , but they fixed it almost immediately. I don’t know that I would return to this condo , because the stairs are getting to be a little too much for us. For good able bodies it would be great.

What a great place to view the Artemis I launch. The beach front property was illuminated as if daytime. The condo was quite comfortable and as described. The unit was well maintained and clean. Only downside was lot’s of stairs.
