A lovely condo in the Royal Mansions Resort is conveniently located near Port Canaveral cruise terminals, Cocoa Beach, Disney World, Seaworld, Universal Studios, the Space Center, and Orlando. It offers private beach access with fewer crowds and accommodations for up to four people. The condo features a full kitchen, washer and dryer, WIFI, cable TV, a community hot tub, and heated pool. Nearby activities include tennis, golf, windsurfing, jet skiing, tours, paddleboarding, and deep-sea fishing.
The condo showcases stunning ocean views from the master bedroom, living room, and the dining room's sliding doors. The recently upgraded kitchen includes quartz countertops, updated cabinetry, luxury vinyl flooring, and all the cookware and tableware needed for home cooking. The bathroom features a new quartz vanity, a bathtub, a walk-in shower, both can be used simultaneously. The living room sofa converts into a queen bed for additional sleeping space, while the dining room opens to a spacious balcony overlooking the beach.

This is the most affordable way to stay at an oceanfront location while enjoying all the amenities of a luxury resort. You can relax on the beautiful sandy beach with fewer crowds and even watch space launches from anywhere. Nearby, you'll find plenty of excellent seafood restaurants along the port or riverside, where you can have dinner while taking in stunning views of water activities on the ocean or rivers.

As our guests, you’ll have access to the spa, heated pool, community amenities like restrooms, BBQ equipment, a beach shower, and private beach access. You can stroll along the beach to Jetty Park's Fishing Pier, where you can watch cruise ships, boating traffic, and even get the closest view of space launches. You can also walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier, where you can shop and dine. Just don’t forget your flip-flops, as they are required for access to the pier.
