Perfect little place to stay

Everything was perfect the only thing if anything was the hot tub was hot but would not turn on the bubbles but overall a beautiful stay and area.

Nice beach getaway

We stayed an extra few days in cape canaveral after a cruise. This was a great place with beach access and a pool and hot tub. The condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed.

Great place right on the beach

Quiet location right on the beach with private access. Beach was nice, and the property met all expecatatoons. Had a 1 year old with us and felt perfectly safe at all times, would definitely recommend and return.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is perfect with a short walk to the sand and water. The unit is clean with plenty of space and comfortable furnishings. The area is quiet and very walkable. We cant wait to return.

We chose this location because it is on the beach and in a quiet area. However when we got there on Sunday, the beach was closed due to dredging, and remained closed for 3 more days. There was heavy equipment on the beach that made loud noises when they were backing up (24-7) and large lights to make it possible to work at night. We requested at $25/day refund from the host. He refused and offered a discount for a future stay which we refused.

Clean and great location

The condo was very clean and in an excellent location. Condo area was secure, pool was great, and extremely close to the beach and local restaurants. Having beach chairs and towels was a plus!

Comfy bed, nice balcony with ocean view, a short walk to the beach. It was a convenient location for all we wanted to do in the area. Nice enough overall, but could use some thoughtful sprucing up.

Missed launch

The manager of the property was very helpful and responded quickly to all and any issues. The issues were my fault but he was very polite and understanding. The location was excellent and it was cozy. The only down side which is minor was a scratch on the wall in the bedroom.

Great time in Florida!

I came to Florida for work, which unfortunately was effected by Hurricane Milton. The owner was wonderful at communicating and accommodating the travel delays and issues I experienced. He was easy to reach and responsive with questions. The place was great - lovely view of the ocean, clean and lots of extra bits and bobs to make the stay better (e.g. beach umbrellas and towels). The pool and other facilities were well maintained and we had no issues using them. Check in/out was easy. All in all I would really recommend this place to folks for either a holiday or business travel. Loved it!

This place was exactly what we needed. The place is very clean and well stocked. The owner has thought of all your needs and responds quickly to any of your questions. The beach is so close. And the views are amazing. Hope to stay there again.

Perfect choice

Perfect for what we were looking for and came with chairs and umbrella to take to the beach so we could enjoy relaxing by beach under the sun just a short walk from the unit. Loved how we could easily step out and watch a rocket launch. Will definately book again in the future.

Nice, quick, relaxing break!!

The property description is spot on for this location and stay. It was steps away from a very walkable, enjoyable, and Funtime beach. Close enough to essential groceries and restaurants, but far enough away to give you that oasis type feel and solitude. There are thrift stores, trendy spots and local restaurants within 10-15 minutes of here. But if you don’t want to leave, then don’t. The beach, the pool and the atmosphere here lends itself to just relaxing. The property itself is well kept and clean. We had no issues with anything while there, and Mark even let us check in early when requested due to some I favorable weather we were experiencing. If we end up back in the area, we will definitely be booking here again.

You can relax on the beautiful sandy beach with fewer crowds and even watch space launches from anywhere. Nearby, you'll find plenty of excellent seafood restaurants along the port or riverside, where you can have dinner while taking in stunning views of water activities on the ocean or rivers.

As our guests, you’ll have access to the spa, heated pool, community amenities like restrooms, BBQ equipment, a beach shower, and private beach access. You can stroll along the beach to Jetty Park's Fishing Pier, where you can watch cruise ships, boating traffic, and even get the closest view of space launches. You can also walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier, where you can shop and dine. Just don’t forget your flip-flops, as they are required for access to the pier.
