Perfect setting with which to view the Jungfrau and Breithorn especially, from both the living room and the balcony. Very peaceful and quiet despite just 5 minutes up the hill to the station.

The apartment had all we needed. It was nicely decorated and was very comfortable. It was well equipped, clean and in a good location. The walk into the village was short, although uphill, and took less than 5 minutes.

Cozy property in a cozy little village

The property is really nice and it is very spacious for the town it's located in. Comparable hotel rooms are much smaller. The maintenance support was great. We had no hot water for a few hours and when notified, the maintenance crew showed up immediately to fix the issue. The instructions could have been better though. The trash cans are locked and need a key.

Die Wohnung liegt an guter Lage. Wir konnten bereits vor Bezug die Wichtigsten Nahrungsmittel bei Interhome (Dorfladen Wengen) bestellen. Diese waren dann bei unserer Ankunft bereits im Kühlschrank. Das war wirklich eine sehr gute Dienstleistung!

Très bon appartement avec toutes les commodités requises, bien équipé, au niveau meubles, cuisines, salle de bain, tv et internet. Excellent équipement et vue sur montagnes, Pour que ce fut 100%parfait, les matelas ainsi que les oreillers ne sont des plus confortables (à changer?) J'ai vu que cette remarque existait déjà...Bien que proche du centre, il existe un raccourci avec quelques marches à monter...

한국인들을 위해 후기를 남깁니다. 방 2개에 별도의 거실에 있고 화장실도 2개이고 널찍한 발코니가 있습니다. 주방도 필요한 것이 다 갖추어져 있고 식탁도 넓고 좋습니다. 세탁기가 없는 점을 제외하고는 실내 공간은 나무랄 데 없습니다. 아쉬운 점은 테라스에서 바라보는 융프라우 전망이 앞집으로 인해 반쯤 가린다는 점입니다. 전망을 중시하는 분들은 역에서 이쪽 방향보다는 반대 방향, 즉 교회 있는 쪽을 택하는 것이 나을 겁니다.

Nice appartment.

This apartment was spacious, clean and well appointed. The kitchen had plenty of everything, including two types of coffee maker. The balcony was large with a nice view of the Jungfrau, only partially blocked. The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of closet space and hangers. There was a half-bath in addition to the full bath. The kitchen table was large with a bench on two sides. It was fairly close to the city center, although you would want to be fit enough to handle the steep uphill.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé quelques jours très agréables dans l'appartement spacieux et cosy du Goldenhorn. La vue sur la montagne est superbe. Le chalet est facilement accessible depuis la gare bien que la station soit sans voiture. Toutes les chaînes câblées internationales étaient disponibles avec un wifi de qualité.

Beautiful flat perfect for a couple plus one

Place was great. Property manager was great. Only negative is that it is two blocks from the train station, but not disclosed is that those two blocks are almost straight down an (intermediate) slope hill, and walking up every day is a test in the AM. Many people from other homes near us hired taxi's the day of departure to go two blocks - with the luggage. WiFi was great.

We enjoy our 3 nights and 4 days stay at Wengen in this spacious, modern furnished apartment unit, and fully equipped with all the gadgets you might need. Interhome Wengen office provided us with detail arrival direction and departure checklist which helped us enormously specially during our late night checkin. The location is centrally located with easy access to everything at Wengen. The mountain view from the balcony is very nice and make you appreciate this magical village, you can start your Lauterbrunnen hiking trial from the door or catch the train for sightseeing just a few minutes walk. The apartment was very comfortable and 2nd half washroom is extremely helpful. It was a great and memorable stay. Interhome office provided timely response to all our requests which helped us to adjust our trip plan to deal with unpredictable weather conditions, definitely want to be back for a longer stay than the 3 nights we had this time.
