This tastefully furnished home is the perfect getaway in the Midway Estates neighborhood of Rehoboth Beach. Located within 6 miles of Lewes Beach, Cape Henlopen State Park, and Rehoboth Beach, this house is centrally located east of Route 1 and has plenty of room for your family vacation. With all amenities included and plenty of entertainment options this is the ultimate carefree retreat. Walkable to many restaurants, movie theater, mini golf, outlets, go-karts, water park and more!

Great Experience With All The Amenities

Very clean and easily accessible to all the beaches within the area. Great communication with the owners prior to arrival date. We will most definitely be back. Great job with the details on the property. We will most definitely be a returning customer.

Great Family Spaces

This house had everything we needed for adults and young children. There was space enough to have alone time or family time. The garage was fully stocked with everything needed for multiple families to enjoy the boardwalk and beach.

Family vacay

This was a rental! We had 9 and had more than enough room! The amenities were amazing! You have everything! Beach chairs, beach cart, stroller, bikes. In the home in case of rain or downtime… air hockey, ping pong, video games, board games. EVERY thing you need in the kitchen! Washer/dryer. Loved the porches! Front porch where we would have coffee( from the keurig and k cups that they provided🤗) and the neighbors would wave or say hi. The screened in back porch and then a sun deck! Very quiet neighborhood. Absolutely enjoyed our stay! The property owners were great communicators! Highly recommend this beautiful home for your next vacation!

Pleasantly Surprised!

Although the photos and descriptions were very accurate, my husband and our cousins were pleasantly surprised to find that this house contained everything we would need for our long weekend get-away. Seeing the front porch and rocking chairs upon our arrival were visually so inviting and begged to be used. The kitchen was not only spacious, but was thoroughly supplied with more than enough kitchenware (plates, cups, utensils, etc.) that would accommodate at least 10 people, if not more. The coffee bar was amply supplied as well with Keurig cups, which was an unexpected surprise, since we brought our own. We experienced one warm day during our stay, so we purposely set out to sit on the comfortable patio furniture and enjoyed the outside deck as well as the screened-in porch. Our bed was very comfortable, not too hard and not too soft, and the bathrooms were supplied with enough towels, washcloths and make-up washcloths, which I thought was a smart idea. Although not a huge fan of the whole Roku TV thing (I prefer cable) and after an inordinate amount of time trying to just find basic news stations and football games (struggled with getting the Sunday football games and had to purchase and download NFL app to watch one of the games), overall, my family and I were extremely happy with this house and would definitely stay at this property again.

Great Home

We stayed here for a couple nights as a family as a short beach trip get away. It’s a great location, with many beach options in the area. Quiet road and community. The house was a great home and has lots of amenities. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the the screened in deck area and had fun in the basement with lots of games, especially the Pop-a-Shot! Resort style home in a fantastic location

I truly can not say enough about this beautiful home and it’s lovely owners. The house has everything you can think of and even things you may forget to think of! Each room is beautifully decorated, has all the amenities you need in it and is just the right size. We loved being inside as much as we loved doing activities in the area which the home is located in the center of. Truly if you want to feel like you’ve stepped into a resort then I would suggest this spacious convenient home.

Wonderful beach house

From the moment we drove up to the house we were vowed by every little detail that this house had to offer. It has everything to make you feel like home but with amazing beach vibe. It is conveniently located to beaches, restaurants and shops. Even on a rainy day both kids and adults didn't feel trapped inside, but actually were glad to stay home and enjoy everything this house had to offer. We are part owners of this home with our siblings and their families after purchasing it from our parents in 2020. Our intent is to preserve the place we created so many memories in and be able to share it with others.

This home, built by our parents as their retirement dream, has been the location of many happy memories in our family. In the home’s next chapter, we are opening it up for rental to other families and look forward to it being part of many more happy memories. Each furnishing, piece of art and amenity has been lovingly selected to create a welcoming and tranquil environment. We ask that our guests please treat our home with the care that we put into it, for all to enjoy.
