My beautiful 4bedroom home sleeps 9 people comfortably. It has pretty decor, well lit space and was created for individuals and families to enjoy and relax. Ideal for Travelling Nurses who want a comfortable shared space close to transportation and shopping. Also great for a small social or any other situation that brings joy and opportunity. Has large outdoor deck with wrap around seating and bistro lights. Great for night time outdoor enjoyment and social distancing. Perfect for those who want a space conducive to relaxation, enjoyment and social gatherings. Close to LaSalle University.

Good house

Ms Kim is a really good host that has constant communication and clearly does a great job of taking care of her home. However, the neighborhood is a bit sketchy, Ms Kim the host told me on Saturday I have to leave early due to another reservation coming in. We went back and forth via text about VRBO slotted time says 11. She told me that she mentioned it to me but I have no memory of that yet even acknowledge it. We agreed to 9 o’clock, at this time I was having issues with my vehicle so I really didn’t care about the time. House overall is not bad inside and Ms Kim isn’t a bad host as mentioned above, but little nuances such as leaving early and being rushed out, and a not so great neighborhood as well as a few broken furniture could have made our stay better.

If I could have given 0 stars I would have

I planned a baby shower n this property and during the shower, there was a plumbing issue that caused the ceiling to leak n the area of my decorations...the bathroom tub was old and disgusting, the closet doors n the master bedroom were broken and old. Overall the home needs a major renovation and not to mention I was very embarrassed and humiliated that a leak occurred during a time that was supposed to be special for my husband and I. Horrible experience!!!!

This property was the property of my beloved James Dickerson who passed away 4 years ago. A Veteran who served in Vietnam, a philosopher, builder, teacher, entrepreneur, mentor and the love of my life; whose mission was always to empower others and effectuate change in a positive direction. This House is a Memorial to my James. I am certain that you will feel the "Love" upon entry. Many come and enjoy, smile, laugh, love and participate in empowering opportunities. People have dinners, Pop up Shops, Meetings, Repasses, Game night, Pajama Parties, Bridal and Baby showers, Girls night and all kinds of good times here.
Nothing but GOOD VIBES!!!!!.
