The Tiamao domain was designed to welcome large groups and is ideally suited for family events and gatherings of friends. The property can accommodate 28 people in 4 bungalows and 4 studios.

Regarding accommodations:

• 3 studios for 4 people with lagoon view including:

- an independent air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and storage

- a shower room with a sink and toilet

- an open kitchen overlooking a lounge equipped with a refrigerator-freezer, oven, cooking plates and all utensils to allow you to cook.

- a lounge with two single beds that can accommodate 2 adults or 2 children. It also has a television and a fan.

- a private terrace awaits you with tables and chairs to enjoy your meals while admiring the sea view.



• 1 studio for 4 people poolside with lagoon view with equipment identical to the 3 studios.



• 3 garden bungalows for 3 people including:

- A main room with a double bed covered with a mosquito net and a single bed. In this same room are installed a refrigerator-freezer and a microwave to store and reheat your meals.

- A shower room with a sink and toilet

- A private terrace with tables and chairs to enjoy your meals while admiring the view of the lush garden.



• 1 bungalow for 3 people on the lagoon side with equipment identical to the 3 bungalows.



On the lagoon side, there is a beautiful swimming pool with its terrace and sun loungers for sunbathing. A Fare Pote is at your disposal with tables and benches to enjoy your appetizers and meals, and to admire the sunsets over the lagoon.



For the pleasure of children, a basin with turtles is located behind the dining room.

EVENTS:

- Attention, events and parties without our prior authorization are prohibited!



- The presence of a security guard may be requested depending on client requests.



- Beyond 28 people, if additional people wish to join during the day, a supplement of 2,500 XPF will be applied for guests (up to 40 people maximum during the day)



- The dining room can be rented for meals only or evening events (9 hours of rental). This does not include dishes or meals. The caterer must bring all their equipment and dishes. Waste is the responsibility of the caterer or group.



- Any nuisance that causes neighborhood disturbance will result in the security deposit being forfeited. (music is authorized within reasonable limits, in respect of neighbors and at convenient hours..)



- If a number of people exceeding the number indicated on the reservation is found, the security deposit will be forfeited.



- For musical evenings, request authorization from the town hall for parties after 9 PM. (noise disturbances without authorization after 9 PM will result in the security deposit being forfeited)
