We had a rather big problem when getting to the property that the owner had changed the lockbox code the previous day and not told the property manager. So our group of eight were stuck outside at 2 am wondering what we were doing wrong. The spare key had also been removed so there was simply no way in. We taxied back to the airport and waited for a response from the hotline. Stay-In were very quick to respond and apologise and seek a refund for the night we missed and the extra taxi fares (haven't seen that yet though). Overall the property was beautiful. There are some serious issues with the shower drainage which we have mentioned. Things like handsoap and towels were in short supply, and beware of the extra charge for power if you use too much. Other than that, this property is gorgeous. The beds are firm, which I like, the view is spectacular, and there is enough space to spread out if you are a large group. Getting to the property is fairly easy once you know your way around and is not far from the airport or town.
