Welcome to "Summer Escape" where family memories are made and remembered. Upgraded house with four bedrooms and two full baths, over 1700 sq ft of living spaces. The bed linens, kitchen appliances, and utensils are all new. We strive to provide our guests five-star services, our first priority is to make our guests stay as comfortable as possible. In the meantime, we kept the original beauty of the house, we hope our guests will appreciate the craftsmanship of the house as much as we do.

Six beach badges are included in the rental, kids under 11 are free.

Location, location, location, Ocean block home in the preferable northern end of Seaside Heights, 4 mins walk to the boardwalk which is right next to the white sandy beach where you can swim.

Perfect Family-friendly home with a spacious layout. The first floor includes two spacious bedrooms (one with a queen bed and another one has two twin beds), a totally upgraded full bathroom with a rain shower, a brand new kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. The spacious dining room, living room, and front porch complete the first floor.

The second floor has a huge bedroom with one king bed, and a walk-in closet. There is a fully upgraded full bath with a rain shower and a bench on the second floor. Another bedroom with two twin beds completes the second floor.

There is a separate laundry room in the back of the house with a new full-size washer and dryer. Private parking for three cars. Grill and wood bench are provided for evening hangouts.

* Families only, no smoking inside the house, no drugs on the property. We offer a quality rental, excessive loud parties or multiple unregistered renters will invoke early termination of lease and forfeiture of the complete rental amount. Guests must be 25 or older, or accompanied by a parent during the entire stay.

* Sleeps comfortably with up to 6 adults or kids. Please note that two full baths have showers only, no bathtubs.

When inquiring about renting please provide some details about yourself, the guests and the purpose of your trip. Grill is provided, guests are responsible to fill up the propane tank when it is out at the nearby gas station. This is a summer house, please note that there is no heat during May or October.
