Luxury Beach House Walking Distance to Ocean-4 Bedrooms & Den

Welcome to Frank's Beach Joint, a piece of Heaven at the Jersey Shore! This modern, coastal home was built in 2019 with 4 bedrooms and a den, 4 baths and is located within walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. Perfectly situated between Ortley Beach and Seaside Heights. A block from the quaint town of Ortley Beach, if that's what you seek, or a block from the entertaining Seaside boardwalk fun! This is a corner home with more privacy than most and natural light throughout. This rental is for families only. No large groups or parties including prom parties. Must be 25+ years old to rent. As per the town, we have a max occupancy of 8.

The ground level has garage space for 2 cars, driveway parking for 2 cars plus a parking pass for street parking. The entryway has storage benches & hooks. The gym is equipped with light weights perfect for that workout while on vacation!

The first floor has a spacious open floor plan, great for entertaining. There is a queen bedroom on this floor with a full bathroom en suite with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig, double oven, top-of-the-line appliances, and kitchen essentials. Counter seating for 4 and table seating for 6. There is a large living room with a TV that goes out to a balcony with views.

The second floor offers 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has Bunk Beds; twin bed over a full bed with a twin trundle. Sleeps 4 comfortably. There is a full bathroom with a shower/tub. The second bedroom has a full-size bed. Laundry is located on this floor. The master bedroom has a king bed with spacious walk-in closets. The en suite is top of the line with a shower and bidet. There is a balcony off of this room.

The third-floor Den is perfect for entertaining inside and outside. It has a queen futon. This space has a refrigerator and wet bar! There is a full bathroom with a shower. Views of bayside sunsets and ocean sunrises from the rooftop. 1 electric grill provided - Must be electric as per township guidelines on rooftops.

2-3 minute walk to CVS, Acme, and the liquor store.

Pillows and comforters are provided. Please bring sheets, towels, and linens..

Rentals from Memorial Day to Labor Day are from Saturday to Saturday. Week rentals only. Inquire for rates for shorter rentals in June.

We came into town for my mother's memorial service and this house was able to accommodate a large number of our family. Everything was clean, spacious and comfortable. Communication with Lindsay was fantastic. Even though this was not a pleasure trip being able to be together during this time eas priceless

The reviews don’t lie- this is an incredible property. So close to the beach/boardwalk. Very spacious. The rooftop and all the decks were all very nice. The host, Lindsay, was very responsive at all times. We encountered the AC being broken when we arrived, but it was fixed by an HVAC person the following late morning. That was the only real hiccup during our stay

Excellent communications from host- very responsive and proactive and we felt welcomed to this beautiful property. Great location with beach access just 2 blocks away. House has enough room for larger groups and multiple generations and familles to move around. Plenty of food options not far either for takeout but we did make some meals in the spacious kitchen as well. Some wear and tear of a few items in the house that owner is aware of and will probably be updated soon. Lots of fun memories all around! Highly Recommend to those looking for a relaxing time at the shore!

The house is beautiful and kept clean. We had everything we needed to cook while we were there. The location was perfect for our family. There are a lot of stairs and you have to go up a flight of stairs to get to the main floor. Not a deal breaker for me but the grandparents weren’t too excited about climbing stairs. The host replied quickly to all my requests/questions during my stay. I would definitely stay here again.

I really liked this house. It was clean, convenient for transportation, and easy to use the surrounding facilities. The kind guidance of the landlord was also very impressive. If I have the chance next time, I would like to stay there again.

Great Stay for Short Trip

Overall, our stay was great. The home was just as pictured - clean, well taken care of & spacious. It was perfect for our get together. The kitchen supplied everything we needed for the 2 night stay. Lindsay was very responsive throughout our stay. The location of the home was also very convenient - by the beach & a short drive to any stores we needed to go to. We’d definitely stay here again. Great House Perfect Location

Exactly as advertised. A group of us stayed here for the Polar Bear Plunge weekend. The house is spacious and beautiful and has everything you need. Location is an easy walk to the boardwalk. Communication with host was excellent. Responded to my questions quickly. I would highly recommend this home. easy.Respqurecommend .

Jersey Shore getaway

Franks Beach Joint is just amazing, even better than the pictures. Was perfect for our large family with an open layout kitchen/dining/living room. We always felt close together even with 3 levels. Very clean and updated as it is a new build. Plenary of beds and nothing beats one block from the beach/boardwalk as well as that rooftop. As if that wasn’t enough to make you book, the host Lindsay was amazing through out our whole stay! Can’t wait to come back!! Thanks Lindsay.

The five of us had a great time at this property. The decor is lovely, with great sunlight. All the bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed the balconies and rooftop patio. The hostess provided some great extras - beach wagon, beach passes, parking pass - that really made things so easy. The location is great. Its two blocks from the northern most entrance to the boardwalk. The one side of the property is next to a road with pretty consistent traffic, thats easily managed with a good white noise app. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Welcome to Frank’s Beach Joint. A piece of heaven at the Jersey Shore! This house is named in memory of Frank Licursi who lost his battle to cancer in February of 2021 from the 9/11 World Trade Center attacks. Frank made many memories at the shore and we hope that you will do the same!
