Wonderful newly constructed family Townhouse in the most convenient location within walking distance to nearby shopping and restaurants. Very close to the freeway and located between BYU and UVU. Many great hiking trails in the area and only a 20-30-minute drive to Sundance Resort. Large outside grass play area, as well as a fun children's play structure for climbing, playing and sliding.

This was a great place to stay as a family. Great access to local businesses, anything you need. Great access to the colleges in town. Plenty of comfortable space and privacy. Very clean and updated.

Beautiful modern home

Great location for everything you would like to do. It is a very commercial area, so you will find everything you need. The house is beautiful, modern, spacious, and very clean. I will note there is no coffee maker so you will need to go get coffee every morning if you drink it. There is also no grill for grilling or patio furniture if you were looking to hang out at night. We were not there enough for it to bother us. There is a great playground in the back if you have kids, they will love it.

Clean Property Conveniently Located

We were in town for the week for some BYU sports camps. Property was spacious, clean and coveniently located. Close to shopping and restaraunts and just a short drive to the BYU campus. Robert was resposive and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for us

This townhouse was perfect for my family. It was conveniently close to many restaurants and stores. The home was clean and had what we needed, as well as, it had very comfortable beds. Communication from the host was timely.

Great location, roomy house

One of my favorite houses I’ve rented in the area. Perfect location, close to everything but still quiet. House is very roomy and clean. Owner responded to questions very quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Exceptionally Clean and Comfortable

It’s a beautiful property and very well taken care of on all levels. It is very centrally located within easy walking distance of restaurants and stores. It is located near a very busy area of town so you can hear road noise.

Great Place

There was so much room! We loved all the bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was new and clean. Freeway access was easy. Would definitely stay here again.
