Get ready to enjoy your respite at this newly renovated lake front condo conveniently located near all that Hot Springs has to offer. 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Master bedroom has ensuite tub/shower, king bed, slider to one of 2 decks, 50" TV. Gourmet kitchen with double oven, dishwasher, granite. Relaxing living room overlooking lake, 55" TV, fireplace. Washer and dryer. On top floor, 18 steps from car to condo. Hilly property.
Covered parking, community pool, tennis court. (Pool usually closes Oct 1) There is no direct access to lake except by boat. Covered boat slip available from March 10 to November 5 only.

Comforting Details

Within the first 30m of our stay, we recognized the comforting details of our home away from home. The images were true to description. The home was wonderfully decorated and our hosts had thought of everything to make our stay the getaway we desired it to be.Thank you so much.

Lovely place, lovely view.So very nice. We would go back in a heartbeat.

We went for the races, and it was also Derby. We had a wonderful time, and the place is so peaceful and lovely. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Relaxing Getaway

My husband and I have visited Hot Springs many times. It’s our go-to for a short getaway. This condo has a great lake view from the living space and the master bedroom. Super clean. Great communication with host.

Outstanding stay!

We enjoyed Hot Springs for a month, and this condo was perfect for our extended stay. Well-equipped, comfortable and convenient. Hosts were outstanding, even checking up on us during a brief period of severe weather. We also met the on-site property manager, who was friendly and helpful. All in all, a top notch property and highly recommended!

Perfect condo with amazing views

The condo has a great open layout with kitchen, dining area, and living room all in one space - perfect for our family vacation. Very comfortable couch with lamps well-positioned for reading. Lovely balconies with wonderful views high above the lake. Owner was highly responsive. Covered parking spot was appreciated when it rained. We enjoyed our stay!

Comfort, Communication & Decor - Outstanding

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely weekend at this lakefront property. The top floor condo has everything you need. The owners have thought of all the details: comfortable beds and living room sofa, large attractive dining table, fridge with ice maker, keyless entry, two balconies with comfortable furniture to relax on - the list goes on and on. Outstanding hospitality and excellent communication from the hosts from start to finish. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Best Vrbo experience

This place was beautiful inside and out! Loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the water in the morning and evening. The hosts were quick to answer questions and were the kindest people we have worked with. The location is only 15-20 minutes from anything you want to do! We loved it!

Beautiful condo for the weekend. Exceptionally spotless! Beds were so comfortable— cold air. View from inside condo of lake was beautiful. Loved the outdoor deck drank my coffee every morning listening to the birds. Host was so nice! Look forward to coming back soon.

Truly Amazing

This property is everything as advertised. Absolutely beautiful and comfortable. The view is fantastic. But most important, the owner is hands down the best. Awesome communications and a truly good person. I will definitely be back.

Great views and exceptionally clean

My husband and I stayed for our 24th anniversary along with our little dog. This condo was exceptionally clean, was stocked with every little thing you might need. The owners were very accommodating and replied immediately. We loved the private location. It was very peaceful and quiet. They left a Hot Springs Bucket List Guide and that helped us pick out things to do in the area. I highly recommend this lake getaway condo. We hope to return.

Exceeded our Expectations

Desired to have a quiet getaway to relax, yet close to the city. This condo perfectly met our needs and expectations. An incredible place to rest, and be comfortable. The owners almost immediately responded to all communications. Have found our place in Hot Springs. We will be back!
