Updated home in quiet neighborhood just off the beaten path to the Village and Beach. Walk to all of your favorite restaurants and shops. This is a private home with lush landscaping and surrounding privacy wall. Main Floor Primary Suite and guest bedroom, upper level has a second Primary Suite with another guest bedroom. The home sits on a corner of 2 canals with direct water access to the gulf, tandem kayak available to use. Watch boats come in and out. Osprey and Great White Egrets roam the property. There is a great spot to watch the sunset at the end of the street overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

We had 2 families traveling for spring break (9 people total) and the house was more than enough room for our group. The layout was perfect. We really loved how the family room opened up to the pool area so we were able to easily watch the kids and move from pool to kitchen/family room. We have been traveling to Siesta Key/Sarasota for a few years and this was our favorite house by far. Mike was very responsive and available for any questions we had early on in our stay. The home was CLEAN and there were plenty of towels, wash cloths, kitchen appliances, cleaning supplies etc. Location was perfect and several times throughout our stay we walked into the strip or rode the bikes provided. Our families utilized the kayak every day and we thought that addition was a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing home for a tropical getaway

This is the 2nd time we rented this property, and it did not disappoint. Loved our time in Siesta Key, and this home was clean and very spacious.

Great stay, again

We had another wonderful stay. Mike is a great host- incredibly helpful and responsive. The home is perfect for us - everything is just as described. Can’t wait to stay again!

Paradise

From the lovely landscaping to the luxurious furnishings, this home was paradise! The owners provided detailed tips and amenities that made us feel like we were staying at a friend’s home. We enjoyed mornings on the patio, afternoons in the pool and walking to the village for dinner. The gas fire pit was cozy on a few of the cool evenings.

Siesta Key 2025

The house was really great. Clean, very modern, with TV's in every room. The hosts generously provided a large quantity of beach towels and pool accessories. The property manager was responsive and timely. Would definitely recommend this property to another family. We hope to be back next year!

We stayed at this gorgeous house for a week long family vacation. Kayak in the canals was fun. Plenty of beach chairs, beach toys, etc. Had a great time. Mike was a great host. Five stars!!!

AMAZING TIME!

We had the most Amazing time in Siesta Key! The town itself is absolutely beautiful and the home is more than what we could have ever imagined! Extremely clean, stocked with everything you could possibly need, close to town, great back yard pool and lounge area, and we LOVED using the firepit every night! The kayak for our use was amazing and we explored the canals every day! We felt right at home and will DEFINITELY be back again! Thanks so much!!!!

Attack of the mosquitoes

The home was just as pictured. Plenty of space, clean. The pool was extremely warm but after the pool guy came and put the chiller on it was much better. Our hot water went out and was out for most of the week we were there but was fixed for at least two days of showers. Thankfully the owner was accommodating knowing we didn’t have a hot shower for most of the week. We probably would have enjoyed the pool more but the mosquitoes were out of control. Even with all the deet spray and cintron candles they would still attack. We were all covered in bites by the end of our trip. They were even in the house. Doors were shut immediately but they still found ways in. We couldn’t use the front door because it would not lock. Something was off with how it aligned. Overall, if the hot water heater had not busted and the mosquitoes weren’t present we probably would have given a 5 out of 5. But as far as communication goes with the owner and cleanliness of home, 5 out of 5.

Wonderful stay in Siesta Key

This was one of the nicest rental homes we have ever stayed in. The location was perfect. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to Siesta Key Village (through a quiet neighborhood). It takes less than five minutes (if that) to drive to the beach/village. The house was extremely clean and was the perfect set-up for our families. The house had everything we needed for the beach (umbrella, canopy, coolers, sand toys, boogie boards, etc.). There was an abundance of towels for both beach/pool use and for bathing. The beds were comfy and the bed linens looked brand new. The outside of the home was beautiful. We enjoyed using the pool and spent time fishing off the dock. We loved every minute of our stay at this house. There was a couple nights that we had dinner reservations that we actually cancelled so that we could stay at the house and have dinner delivered to us! The neighborhood was extremely quiet, we honestly only saw one other person in the neighborhood when we were there. The owner was extremely responsive via text message and was even able to accommodate a late check-out for us since our flight did not leave till late in the evening. There was also a storm one night that left a lot of debris in the pool. The owner promptly had the pool cleaned. Do not hesitate to book this house. It is wonderful!

Family vaca

It was everything we wanted. We all felt so comfortable there. My grand kids loved the pool. My hubby and sons caught lots of fish off the bulkhead. We walked to the village every morning for coffee and evening for dinner. The location is so convenient. The bedrooms were great for the whole family and the beds were extremely comfortable. We all had a wonderful time.

Family gathering

Chose this house for our yearly gathering of family (12) from around the country. While our timing put us in the heat of July, the amenities of the home, the wonderful pool and outdoor space, and a picturesque setting surrounded by canals made for an enjoyable experience. A really terrific and large kitchen, comfortable beds for all, and indoor and outdoor eating spaces all made this a terrific rental. Beautiful Home

Our experience with this property was excellent from start to finish. Property was beautiful, clean, and in a perfect location. Kids loved exploring the canal in the kayak and of course the pool was a hit. Easy drive (or longer walk) to town with shops and restaurants or the beach. We loved every minute!

Perfect get away

The most beautiful home on Siesta Key!!

If you want the experience of feeling like royalty, stay in this gorgeous home. It exceeded our expectations. The back deck was lovely, the pool well kept, the canal was gorgeous. We had teen boys who were never bored and were so happy with the space and convenience to town. I was able to get up in the mornings and take a leisurely stroll to the beach, just a mile away. I cannot recommend this property more highly! This home was paradise and had everything we needed and wanted in a vacation—we were sad to leave. If the owners are willing, we will rent this house again in the coming years! We loved this house and Siesta Key so much—worth every penny!!!

Incredible property and location

Incredible property and location! House easily accommodated the 10 of us with plenty of room to spare. Was very clean, excellent location easy 15 min walk to the beach, town and shops. The canal ways were a blast using the provided kayak. We will definitely look to book next year at this location.
