This beach side property is centrally located on Ridgewood Avenue in Cape Canaveral approximately 1.5 miles north of the Cocoa Beach Pier. This 9-story direct oceanfront complex with its wide variety of amenities is a customer favorite. Amazing coastal- themed newly remodeled 3 bedroom unit, 8th floor corner unit with 2 balconies. Simply the best of the best. Boasting a large heated swimming pool, sauna, putting green, shuffle board, free high speed wireless internet and ample free parking you will find this the ideal place for a nice relaxing vacation, and it is perfect for corporate travelers as well. View the cruise ships and rocket launches from your own private balcony. Maximum 6 occupants. Beautiful oceanviews throughout.
For relaxation and fun, Canaveral Towers offers a heated pool, putting green (bring your own putter), shuffleboard court, or a stroll on the beach. Tennis and racquet ball courts are four blocks away. Cocoa Beach public golf course is six miles south on SR A1A, with other courses on the mainland. PLEASE BE ADVISED, POOL CLOSURE PENDING: the pool is tentatively scheduled for closure starting 8/24 for approx. 5 weeks.

The condo is great! We had a great stay and would suggest it to anyone visiting the space coast. The balcony’s are great and the split floor plan is perfect for large groups. They have all the kitchen gadgets and nice pots and pans of all the sizes you need.

Canaveral Towers is a stunning place with great views. Corner unit has 2 balconies with stunning views of the ocean. We had an amazing week from 2 rocket launches we could see right from the condo, to the cruise ships coming and going, and we watched the Blue Angels amazing air show this place was fabulous.

Loved this space. Perfect for our family of four and the kids getting their own bedrooms. View was outstanding. Beds were comfy. Condo was clean and nicely updated. Very short walk to beach. Saw three rocket launches during our stay. Only issues was the condo stayed warm. Had to buy an additional fan for the master bedroom bc we would wake up hot. And the pool closed at dusk, so no night swims.. but that’s out of condo management control. Overall a very great time and would definitely stay again!

Love our stay at Cocoa Beach!

We had a great stay. The balconies were the best part of the condo. We loved being able to see the beach, cruise ships, and a rocket launch right from the comfort of the condo. Great location and easy to get to other areas in Cocoa Beach. Loved the space with three bedrooms and two baths. Very comfortable! We would definitely stay again!

End of Summer Beach Trip

We had a great week in Cape Canaveral. The unit was clean and recently updated. We enjoyed the many views of the beach/ocean from multiple rooms and watched a few SpaceX launches from the balcony. A great location with plenty of great dining options, splash pad and other activities close by.We will be back!

Beach and Rocket launch fun

Six of us fit very comfortably into this apartment. It looked like it had just been redone with all new kitchen appliances, living room furniture painted and was very lovely. We could see rocketship launches from our balconies and beautiful views of the beaches on all sides and every bedroom. We could see cocoa beach pier from our balcony, and it was about a 15minute walk by beach.The elevator was a little slow, and not too many restaurants within in walking distance but we had covered parking and the pool was wonderful.

This is the first condo I’ve ever rented over many years that I could walk around barefoot because the place was so clean. The location was ideal. We will definitely be back.

We loved this property. Management was professional, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. The property views were excellent for watching rocket launches and cruise ship departures. The rooms were clean, updated, comfortable, and well-furnished. The overall building was in great condition. I think it is an older building, but you wouldn't be able to tell from this unit and the updates (for example, the elevators were in excellent shape and appeared newer, with a high-tech PIN entry / face ID security check system). The pool was clean and vending machines were available downstairs. The property is convenient to everything we wanted to do: space center, Disney/Orlando (an hour away), and of course, the beach. We would absolutely stay here again (and probably will).
