Nice house 5mns from town center and greenway!

My house is an old house but completely renovated, close to the historic center of Périgueux, the cathedral, shops, and the greenway.
You can do everything on foot!
Full of light and space, this house offers a garden, tranquility, barbecue, deck chairs, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and completely new bedding. Cleaning included.
1 bedroom on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms upstairs.
Shower room and separate toilet on the ground floor.
Free parking space.

The accommodation:
The house is quiet, fresh, and very bright, opening onto a lovely small garden with terraces and a magnificent olive tree.
It is equipped with fans for summer and a lovely wood stove for winter!
All bedding and household appliances are new.
For the furniture and decor, I mixed new and vintage for a cozy and warm effect!

The neighborhood is quiet and close to all amenities: supermarket, excellent bakery, pharmacy nearby.
And it offers many free parking spaces.

You can walk to the historic center of Périgueux, discover its architectural and culinary treasures... and enjoy its magnificent market!

The downstairs room has a double bed of 140cm and a bay window that opens directly onto the terrace.
The large upstairs bedroom has a double bed of 160cm and a view of the garden.
The second upstairs bedroom has 2 single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed of 160cm.
The beds are new and super comfortable!
The bathroom has a large Italian shower and a window.
The washing machine is isolated and accessible in a small closet.
The WC is separate.

There are 2 large terraces in front of the house, which faces south!
There is a small enclosed garden behind the shed. You can relax on the terrace on the sun loungers and the small garden lounge, and dine peacefully at the large table.
Barbecue and parasols are at your disposal...

The cleaning fee is 50€.
The Rental Costs for Household Linen (Fitted Sheets, Duvet Covers, Pillowcases, Bath Sheets, Towels, Bath Mats & Kitchen Cloths) are €40, to be specified when booking so that the beds are made for your arrival!

Dogs are accepted but limited to 1 pet only, as my house and garden cannot accommodate more. And of course, with respect for the garden, the neighborhood, and my house...

Guest Access: You will have access to all rooms and all equipment in the house.
I have kept the shed and a small cupboard in the upstairs room for my personal use.

Parfait en tous points

Semaine découverte de Perigueux et ses environs en famille. Maison a 10 mn à pied du centre historique.Commerces à proximité immédiate.Intérieur de la location moderne et complet.

A wonderful place to stay

Our holiday was made especially enjoyable by Cécile's helpful and easy-going approach. The house was, for us, the perfect distance to the beautiful old centre of Périgueux. We had no car with us but enjoyed the Greenway along the river, either by foot or by bike. The shops, markets and restaurants of Périgueux are wonderful! We highly recommend this property for a holiday based there.

Périgueux facile!

L'atout de cette maison est d'être en 10 min à pieds du vieux Périgueux et proche des bords de l'Isle, dont les berges sont aménagées pour piétons et vélos. La maison est un petit cocon au milieu du quartier et Cécile veille au confort de ses hôtes.

Très bon séjour dans cette maison bien équipée, fonctionnelle , propre a proximité des commerces et de la voie verte.Jardin et terrasse agréable Communication avec la propriétaire au top qui nous donne des recommandations de visites, de lieux a découvrir.Démarches arrivée et de fin de séjour bien explicites.Documentation a disposition dans la maison pour visiter les lieux touristiques. Séjour parfait

Nous avions beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La maison est jolie, spacieuse, pratique et très propre. La propriétaire est très sympathique et très disponible et flexible J'ajoute que les modalités de départ et d'arrivée sont idéales et les instructions sont claires. Je n'hesiterai pas à revenir si je devais visiter à nouveau cette belle région.

Très belle maison

Très belle maison avec 3 belles chambres, bien chauffée, bien aménagée. Grand salon cuisine bien équipé. Tout est moderne et propre, jolies décorations. Louée en hiver, donc pas pu profiter du jardin.

On s’y sent comme chez soi - Maison agréable et fraîche

La maison est très confortable, l’emplacement juste à côté de l’Intermarché et le boulanger (mais à l’opposé) génial pour les courses, ça fait marcher. Le centre ville à pied à 15 minutes, en marchant tranquillement ! L’intérieur est cosy et arrangé avec goût. Tout y est très bien pensé. Les Terrases extérieures sont très agréables pour y manger ou juste prendre un café. Notre hôte, Cécile, est très à l’écoute et aux petits soins. Merci pour ces belles vacances

Super séjour

Idéalement située. Proche des commerces essentiels, du centre historique et des lieux touristiques du département. Chez Cécile, c'est comme à la maison : il ne manque rien. Maison spacieuse, calme, bien équipée et confortable. Hôte prévenante et communicative. Je recommande vivement.

Merveilleux week-end Périgourdin

Nous étions 5 adultes , la maison de Cécile, outre son charme fou, est très bien équipée et très bien placée. A peine à 10minutes du centre historique, le quartier possède toutes les commodités ( supermarché, excellente boulangerie, pharmacie, boucher) . Quartier résidentiel, très calme. Je n’ai que des superlatifs pour ce séjour. Cecile est une hôtesse d’une grand gentillesse, très attentionnée et pense vraiment à tout. Merci .

Excellent séjour

Nous étions 3 dont une personne sénior ++ . Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement de la location (très proche du centre ville, de la voie verte) , la proximité des commerces (Intermarché de l'autre côté de la rue), on peut laisser la voiture et faire tout à pieds. Côté hébergement, nous avons apprécié la chambre au rdc et les sanitaires tout à côté, la cuisine est très bien équipée (je cuisine !), la terrasse est très agréable, nous l'avons testée et même y avons fait la sieste ! Nous recommandons cette location, Cécile est aux petits soins avec ses hôtes, elle pense à tout !

Belle escapade en Périgord

Notre court séjour en cette période de fêtes de fin d'année nous a permis de visiter à pied la belle ville de Perigueux. La location est idéalement située et l'hyper centre est à moins de 10 min à pied. Nous avons apprécié pouvoir nous reposer et profiter de la gastronomie locale. Merci à Cécile pour tous ses conseils.

Excellent location and manager

We enjoyed this property a lot. The location and manager were excellent. Our only suggestion is to invest in a rail for the stairs because it could be dangerous even for the adults.
