Not enough bathroom towels, an old, used bandaid left on the floor after cleaned, and very few small spoons but other than that, the stay was amazing!!! The set up of the house is great and it’s spacious and comfortable. We stayed for 4 nights and had an awsome time!!!

This house was awesome! Loved how close it was to the beach it was a super quick walk. We appreciated the beach toys & chairs provided they were great! The only negative was the presence of bugs on the property. I would recommend having the house treated if it has not been. However, everything else was amazing so I would stay again if we are in the area!

Our family has stayed in multiple VRBOs in various countries over the years. We have never asked for any reimbursements. We have only received perfect reviews as well. Home was clean when we arrived. By evening we spotted 1 cockroach in the kitchen, the next day, another and then another. We contacted the host and she was quick to bring a remedy over & an exterminator 2 days following. No more bugs were found. Washer had to be unplugged for a reset in order to start it, I’m unsure why that kept happening. Both master suites had mattresses that truly needed replacing. Master suite bath had a total of 3 bath towels, 2 hand, 2 washcloths(2 dark ones for makeup). NO extras. Other baths likewise. Having to rewash your bath towel everyday was odd, 7 adults(7 bath towels). Plenty of beach towels. 2 bunks in the bedroom are built tight to the ceiling with both guests hitting their heads throughout the night. Upon discussion about the cockroach issue our family decided we would ask for a possible fee reimbursement as we limited our cooking felling the need to wash each dish before use. Owner responded with “the exterminator tipped me off that he had also seen absolutely no sign whatsoever of roach activity and that he thought y'all would be asking for money”. The last night the new arriving tenants next door kept the music so loud you could hear it into the night. We chose not to say anything as bringing up the cockroaches was uncomfortable enough.

Great location/clean/roomy

No address was ever sent or provided, just vague directions sent through the app so not even an email sent to check in or with instructions... was difficult to navigate and get there, as well as get in touch with owners since was late at night when we flew in and arrived... no reply until next day but figured it out finally. Once in - all great, lots of room, clean, nice house/decor, all worked but bathroom upstairs... 2 other bathrooms so was fine... nice area and across from beach. No spa or pool but we went to go to the beach, so was fine. I would stay there again.

Spring Break with Family and Friends

This was the perfect spot for our spring break vacation! My partner and I brought my mom, my 17 year old daughter, and her 2 friends with us, and we all had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our stay. The beach was a super short walk that even my mom didn’t mind with her bad knees. I’d stay here again in an instant!

Wonderful stay!

Our stay was wonderful! The house is as described and in a safe location. It is close to anything you need. The host is extremely responsive and accommodating. Overall a perfect stay!

Great location

This was a cute place to stay that was very close to the beach. Host was very easy to work with and responds fast. I do think that the only thing I would change in the description of the location is that when it lists parking I think it should state only two cars are able to park there so you know before planning your trip and also there’s only one room that has the bunkbeds with it not two.

Great location

We LOVED the location. Best place location wise we’ve stayed at in the many years of visiting. A negative would be the “pool” is not a pool. I would love to see the large deck near the pool converted into a real pool. Great communication with the owner!

Great location!

Property was as listed. Great location very close to the beach with private access. Convenient hose at the front door to rinse before walking in, nice back patio to store wet belongings. Lots of stores and restaurants near by. Very nice neighborhood. AC kept house very comfortable. Home was missing a few amenities but host quickly rectified. Would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant place near the beach

We had a wonderful stay here. It was everything we needed for our trip of 9. The rooms were big and spacious and the proximity to the beach and Alvin’s Island made the stay that much better. The only thing I wish I had know is that with it being a private beach they do not allow tents or canopies, umbrellas are only allowed but if you want to use a canopy the public beach is only a short walk down past Pompano joe’s.

Great place to stay!

This property was well taken care of, super close to the beach and the manager was very responsive! The only hiccup we had was the cleaners show up to clean when we were supposed to be checking in. However the manager did a partial refunded to compensate us which we were very happy with! The pool for these condos is very small ( like a hot tub size ) which was fine for our 4 small kids! We would definitely book this condo again!

Best Vacation Home in Miramar

The home was absolutely pristine… so clean and fresh. Everything was as described, the owner was very responsive, and it’s a very short walk to the beach across the street. It was our first time staying there and won’t be the last time; we’ll be back.

Awesome Stay

House was very accommodating for my family of 8. It was well equipped for our 5 day stay, loved being soo close to the beach. We had a minor hic up upon arrival trying to check in but it was handled accordingly, great host and was very informative about the weather conditions before we arrived due to hurricane Idalia. Would definitely recommend staying here🙂

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay. It was easy access to the beach. The condo was up to date and clean. I called the owner because the code didn’t work when we checked in but he promptly answered my call and fixed the problem. I would recommend this site.

Family Vacation

The location was great! The home was spacious. Kids loved the bunk beds. There was an abundance of beach gear which was great! I loved the smart lock it made it a hassle free way of getting in and out of the home. Overall a great stay!

We love paddle boarding, body boarding, swimming, fishing, hiking, rollerblading, and generally being outdoors. We still stop what we are doing and watch Dolphins every time we come across them, and we are still amazed by the beauty of this area every day. We are very happy to host guests in our beach house and will do our utmost to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. Thank you!

The walking path along Scenic Gulf Drive provides a great space to walk, bike, or run with amazing Gulf views. Nearby, one can find more shopping , dining and entertainment options than can be enjoyed in the span of a vacation. Our home offers multiple showers and cozy beds for a big family or group of friends to comfortably and conveniently gather to create treasured memories year after year.
