Step into the lap of luxury in this exquisite condo, where an expansive open floor plan will take your breath away. From the spacious living area to the dining and kitchen spaces, the layout invites you in and leaves you feeling completely at home. Natural light floods through enormous windows, casting dazzling reflections of the glistening Gulf waters and undulated views of the surrounding landscape. You won't find a more idyllic spot to unwind and escape from life.

Upon entering the three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo, a large living and dining area with a breathtaking ocean view welcomes you. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and all the necessary items for a comfortable stay. The Master bedroom comprises a king-sized bed and balcony access via sliding glass doors. The second bedroom accommodates four guests with two full beds and an attached bathroom. The third bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and an adjoining bath.

The Amalfi Coast Resort is a paradise for vacationers. If you love water activities, there are two pools to choose from, one of which is heated year-round. Get closer to nature and feed the fish at the pond where Koi swim. For an enjoyable evening, you can gather with your loved ones around the fire pit, while the tennis courts, with their night lights, are a more active way to spend your evening. A well-equipped weight room is available to guests for their fitness needs.

New public access with restrooms, a ramp, and stairs opened in October sits across the street from our unit. What sets this beach apart from others is its low congestion despite being a public one. There is ample parking with the added advantage that Amalfi Coast Resort is smaller than other condo buildings, which means fewer people on the beach!

Scenic Gulf Drive has a 5-mile-long bike path that you can use to walk to many nearby restaurants, including a coffee shop, Dairy Cream, and Rolled Ice Cream. Shopping outlets, a Winn Dixie grocery store, and fast food restaurants are all within a mile.

I have been vacationing in Destin for many years. This condo was by far the best I have ever stayed in. For one, the view was amazing!!!! Second, they provide way more than most. Little things you forget, they have! Such a wonderful experience and we will definitely come stay again!!!

Our stay at this Amalfi Condo couldn’t have been any better! Definitely 5 stars. Everything about the condo was as listed - and then some (lots of beach gear, full spice cabinet). The condo was spacious and spotless. I would stay here again and definitely recommend. Notes: *Great, convenient location*Excellent beach access - ramp vs stairs was beneficial*Gorgeous/clean pools*well kept property*plenty of supplies - trash bags, paper products*anything and everything you would need in a stocked kitchen*Nice balcony set up

We had a spectacular weekend and want to come back soon. It was a perfect couple of days, a few steps away, and we reached the beach. We played pickleball, the beds were comfortable, and there were bathrooms for the 3 rooms. thank you!!

Absolutely will be back! This was the best condo we have ever stayed at. Becky was a pleasure to work with and always got back with a response super quick with any questions we had. The condo was super convenient with being right in the center of restaurants and things to do. Beach access was incredibly easy just being across the street. Our view from the condo was spectacular and it was stocked with everything we could possibly need! Highly recommended 100%

Perfect condo!!

We loved our stay in this condo! Becky and Jon have thought of everything! This condo was the perfect size for our group of 4 adults, and 4 kids, ages 5-12. Plenty of space, very practically yet tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped, including multiple spices, oils etc. The washer and dryer were actually impressive. When I saw the washer was a front loader, I was initially disappointed. But it was CLEAN!! No moldy gasket like many front loaders have! And running a load of laundry and getting it dry was pretty quick! There are several beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. The only suggestion I have for the owners is to add panel curtains in the 2 front bedrooms. The black-out blinds are fantastic, but the light from the walkway right outside the window shines in around the sides of the black out blinds. Multiple times we woke up in the middle of the night thinking it was morning because of the light shining in. Over all, this was a fantastic home away from home for our vacation!! Even my 12 yr old grand daughter said “I’d stay here again! And I’d recommend it to other people!”

We had such a great stay! The condo was absolutely beautiful, clean and well-equipped. The beach view was amazing—one of our favorite parts. The host was very attentive and communicated everything clearly, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It really felt like a home away from home. Perfect beach vacation

Everything was perfect, from the location with the unobstructed balcony beach views to the walkability of the area. We couldn’t have imagined a better place to stay. In addition there were beach chairs, umbrellas, tents, toys, etc etc. We really didn’t have to prepare anything other than showing up. Will definitely plan to stay here again.

Amazing View

We loved this condo. My family and I enjoyed our stay here. It had an amazing view right across the street from the beach. The house was very clean and has everything we needed. We did try to use the air fryer/oven but I’m not sure if it didn’t work or we didn’t know how to use it 😅. The host responded fast and check in and out were easy. They provide you with stuff for the beach as well. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Gorgeous Views

The condo is very spacious! The kitchen was large and had plenty of room to cook and serve. We had Thanksgiving and some other large meals. Nice large TV for watching football. The Gulf front view is beautiful for staring at the crystal water! The owners communicated quickly.

Very well appointed and spotless

This property had everything you could possibly need and it was refreshing to stay at a VRBO with all the extras! Everything from beach towels to a cooler to extra blankets and things like spices. The property was spotless, great location where you can walk out the side gate to quick beach access and very responsive owners. Comfy beds and great water pressure too. Great stay!

Beautiful Property

This property feels much more spacious then what the pictures show. It was very comfortable for our family of five. It had everything that you needed: well stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, sand toys, beach chairs. It was a quick walk across the street to the beach or just a few steps to the pool. The kids enjoyed the heated pool, but also said the larger pool was a comfortable temp. The pool area was never busy and we could always find a chair. The property is also very secure, requiring a code to leave the property through the pedestrian gates and to return. We would not hesitate to rent this property again and can’t wait to return.

Amazing girls weekend

My college friends and I planned a 30A getaway and found this amazing condo in Miramar Beach. It is spacious, clean, nicely furnished, and perfect for a weekend beach getaway. Owners were responsive to questions and helpful when we asked for recommendations. Price was reasonable. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place in a great location

What a great place! With everything we could want in a vacation lodging, we really enjoyed our stay. Wonderful view from the balcony and direct beach outside access directly across the street to a fantastic beach. The living room has a great open feel to it and is quite comfortable. TV has both cable and streaming services and there is a TV in each of the bedrooms. Everyone slept well on the comfy beds, with extra blankets available in case of a chance cold spell. The kitchen is spacious with plenty of plates and glasses, as well as everything you need to cook. There are even some extra appliances like a George Foreman grill, a mini blender for smoothies and a waffle maker. The facilities for the complex were also very nice. Two nice size, swimming pools, one heated, and a good fitness room with a variety of standard equipment. All the equipment was in working order! The area also has everything we needed with groceries, entertainment, and great family restaurants within 5-10 minutes. There is a also a nice paved walking/biking path that runs right by the front of the place We will definitely stay here again! A lovely oasis.

Plus, the whole vibe of the place feels like we're on a permanent vacation at a fancy resort. With all these perks, picking this condo was a total no-brainer for us!

Our property is a standout gem because it's not one of those towering high-rises you see everywhere. This means the beach isn't packed like sardines, giving us plenty of space to stretch out and enjoy some peace by the shore. Moreover, the vibe here is more like a laid-back resort than a stuffy hotel. We're all about that relaxed vacation feel, and our property nails it perfectly. It's the kind of place where you can truly unwind and make yourself at home without feeling like just another guest passing through.
