Located in Westwinds on the 16th floor, considered to be the best beachfront rental property in Sandestin®, this unit offers beautiful views of the Gulf, a HUGE balcony (350 square feet – one of only two in the building). Facing West vs. East, the views from the balcony showcase breathtaking sunrises. In the afternoon, because of its location, you can enjoy sitting out on a shaded balcony with your favorite drink. For the fourth of July and sometimes on New Year's Eve, you and your guests can relax and watch the fireworks displays from the Sandestin® Hilton– all from the comfort and convenience of your own balcony!

This spacious three bedroom/three bath unit has been totally updated and is elegantly decorated as shown in the pictures. The master bedroom features a king size bed and views of the Gulf from both windows. An en suite beautiful bathroom is remodeled with a new walk in shower. The second bedroom is a also a master bedroom. It is furnished with a king size bed; has a view of the Gulf from its window and enjoys another en suite remodeled bathroom with a walk in shower. The third bedroom sleeps six people. It includes 2 bunk beds. One has a twin on top with a full on bottom. The other has 2 twins and a third pull out twin. A full bathroom with tub/shower is dedicated to this bedroom.

The luxury kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances, beautiful custom cabinets, granite countertops and a complimenting backsplash. The kitchen is fully stocked with serving ware, pots, pans, glassware, toaster, blender, Keurig Coffee pot, as well as a regular coffee pot.

A 6 seater golf cart is offered and included with the rental.

Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. *All guest must abide by all home and HOA rules*
No Smoking. No Pets. Violators will be charged a fine of $500. A copy of each guests insurance card must be provided also in order to operate the golf cart. Three days before arrival, a $500 golf cart deposit will be held. Any damage to the cart will be taken out of the deposit. If no damage, it will be released 5 days after departure.

Guest will also be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastline that will emailed to them in order to stay in the rental home.

IMPORTANT: This unit/apartment AND ITS BALCONY are Smoke-Free; the entire Westwinds property is a Smoke-Free Property.*Smoke-Free means: NO cigarettes, cigars, e-cigs, vape, dry or water pipe, incense, herb smudge sticks, marijuana or its derivative by pipe or rolled paper, or any other combustible or aerosolized material that produces smoke, vapor, odor, or airborne particulates. This applies to unit balconies, as well as the pool deck, grill, and tiki hut area.

A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the the rental home. A copy of each guests insurance card must be provided also in order to operate the golf cart. Guest will also be required to sign a Lease that will emailed to them in order to stay in the rental home.
