La ubicación bien. La conservación del alojamiento es mejorable. El microondas no funcionaba. La barra giratoria del toldo está oxidada y peligrosa (puede cortar). La cortina de la bañera hay que sustituirla (tiene moho por abajo).

El apartamento contaba con aire acondicionado pero las horas de uso estaban limitadas (de 10 de la noche a 9 de la mañana), con lo cual hemos pasado mucho calor. La cuestión es que la dicha limitación de uso no se había indicado previamente en la reserva.

El apartamento es muy viejo, esta algo reformado pero necesita más reformas. Había cucarachas muy grandes tanto en el patio como en la cocina y alguna araña. La limpieza deficiente twlelarañaz en el dormitorio. Lo mejor la cercanía a la playa.

Buena experiencia

La experiencia ha sido muy buena y la verdad es que nos hemos quedado con ganas de más. En cuanto a ubicación excelente la playa al lado y es un lujo ya que bajábamos andando subíamos a comer a descansar y volvíamos a bajar. Por la tarde la Playa está muchísimo más vacía y es de agradecer. Supermercado más cercano Mercadona se puede ir andando perfectamente. En cuanto a la casa pequeña y acogedora para unas vacaciones no necesitamos mas la verdad. El primer día que llegamos hacia un calor bochornoso y por la noche no funcionaba el aire pero selo comunicamos a Regina y ella estuvo al día siguiente junto al reconocí hasta las 11-12 de la noche arreglándolo sin la necesidad de que nosotros estuviéramos pudimos salir a cenar perfectamente ya que ella se quedó con el. La única pega que pondría es que no hay mucha intimidad ya que todos los vecinos te ven en la terraza perfectamente ese es el único punto negativo que pondría. Por lo demás genial la verdad

Un apartamento bonito y acogedor que tiene todo lo necesario

Un apartamento muy acogedor donde pase con mi familia unas tranquilas vacaciones. Un apartamento que tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estancia. Regine es una buena anfitriona disponible en todo momento para resolver o ayudarte en cualquier cosa. Por sacarle un desperfecto el WiFi va muy mal, pero Recibe esta en proceso de cambiar de compañía.

Het huisje is fantastisch gelegen. 100 meter van het strand. De ontvangst van Regine is erg hartelijk. Op mijn verzoek kreeg ik gelijk handdoeken uitgereikt. De inrichting is prima, alleen de bedden zijn een aandachtspunt. De matras is hard en ligt niet prettig.

Close to the beach,however...bad wifi,no towels etc,pay for the washingmachine,€4 for 1 coin(didn't know before!) Airco only after 23.00hr,not friendly when we arrived and checked out...(in the mails the lady was friendly,so we were surprised...) Second Visit

This was our second visit to this apartment which is perfectly located close to the beautiful beach and amenities. We had a very warm welcome from Regine who is a lovely lady and very helpful, she taught us that we need to ask her for anything which is missing from the apartment that we may have needed. Just wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect location, budget apartment

This apartment is perfectly located but run down & tired, especially the bathroom & refrigerator. We failed to note that the air conditioning (in bedroom only) was pre-programmed to come on 23.00hrs-08.00hrs only, or that the wifi was not 24hr. We also did not note that there was a roof top terrace (we found it accidentally on the 10th day of our 11 day stay) We also didn't know until our last day that we had access to a token operated washing machine. There were no towels, tea towels, bath matt (quite hazardous) or dish cloth, which we had to buy. We arrived on Sunday when all supermarkets are closed & did not have access to water or any basic provisions (except salt & half a roll of toilet paper) We requested & received clean sheets halfway through our stay. The apartment was clean, we loved the location & our terrace/patio. The beds were comfortable & the kitchen adequately equipped (just) Regine organised our taxis to & from the airport which was perfect & much appreciated, she also gave us directions to an internet cafe so that we could print off our boarding passes. I have travelled extensively over the last 10 years with Home Away & I have to say it was the least welcoming accommodation yet. Little touches like alerting guests to facilities such as token operated washing machine & rooftop terrace on their arrival, local information within the apartment, freedom to use air conditioning when necessary (30-35 degrees everyday - this was the hottest September in 30yrs+) towels, a bath matt, tea towel & dishcloth & perhaps advance warning that shops are closed on Sundays & basic provisions not available locally would all make so much difference & in my experience, is very much general practice. However, I accept this was a budget choice, and maybe I should have voiced my concerns, all in all we enjoyed our holiday & would definitely return to Guardamar.

Nette Wohnung in unmittelbarer Strandnähe

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Guardamar (ein Geschenk unserer Kinder zur silbernen Hochzeit) – und sind vollauf begeistert. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Der helle und feine Sandstrand (fast) direkt vor der Tür, alles andere auch fußläufig zu erreichen. Was will man mehr? Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir haben unseren Urlaub wirklich sehr genossen und werden im nächsten Jahr höchstwahrscheinlich wiederkommen; dann mit unseren beiden erwachsenen Kindern, die von den Urlaubsfotos sehr angetan waren.

Unas muy buenas vacaciones

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos con nuestro hijo en el apartamento de Regina y estamos muy contentos, está muy limpio y bien amueblado. Pasamos unas buenas vacaciones; por las noches hay mucha tranquilidad para dormir, la playa está al lado y para hacer la compra o salir a tomar algo no hace falta coche porque el centro del pueblo está a 5 minutos andando. También se agradece el WIFI, sobretodo nuestro hijo, aunque nosotros disfrutamos más con la barbacoa, donde pasamos algunas noches inolvidables con otros inquilinos. ¡Volveremos el año que viene!

gran desengaño

La terraza no es aislada en ningún modo, es común con otros 3 apartamentos, entre cuales hay un pequeño cercado de 50 cm de altura. Wifi funciona bien solo en el terrazo, dentro el apartamento el señal es muy débil, si quieres usar Skype o algo símil tienes que salir en la terraza y hablar allí con todos los vecinos al lado. El aire acondicionado va solo desde las 23:00 hasta las 08:00, propio en horas cuando no sirve, y de esto no se había hablado por la dueña, lo descubres como una sorpresa desagradable solo durante tu estancia. Cuando se inserta el aire acondicionado se desconecta el internet, de noche no lo hay por nada. Otra sorpresa fastidiosa es que te hacen salir a las 09:00 de la mañana, aunque eso no esté aclarado en el momento de la reserva, así como lo de wifi y lo del aire acondicionado. Televisión dispone de 2 canales en inglés, uno en polaco y todos los otros son en alemán. Regine menosprecia tus mensajes y no se hace más ver desde el momento del pago el día de entrada. La cosa buena es que la playa se encuentre en 40 m desde la propiedad, como prometido. El supermercado se encuentra en 650 m. Otra cosa buena es un buen colchón. Todo el resto no es como tiene que ser según acuerdos que haces en el momento de reserva. Parecen pequeños detalles pero son los que estropean la impresión de toda la vacación.
