Spanning 750 sq. feet, this 2nd floor unit features 1 Bedroom, 1 bathroom, a full-size kitchen, dining area and living room. WiFi, DirectTV, and central heat and air. Self-check-in via a lock box. Conveniently located in Banner Elk, NC, approx. 4 Miles from Sugar Mountain Ski Resort and approx. 7 Miles from Beech Mountain Ski Resort.

Perfect Getaway

Very nice place, clean, beautiful views! Location was amazing, convenient to downtown Banner Elk. Would absolutely recommend!

Great Place

This is our second time staying at this unit and like the last time it was great. Exceptionally clean (basically brand new) and in a great location. We have also stayed in another unit on the same property and it was just as great. We will definitely keep renting this unit, host is great to work with too.

Perfect Location

This is the perfect couple/small family ski weekend house. Very clean and modern. Only minutes from Sugar Mountain and downtown Banner Elk. Will def be coming back.

Very clean and welcoming!

This rental was great from the time of the reservation until check out. Very welcoming, clean and had everything we needed! Small personal touches went a long way! Great location for our travel needs.

Great, clean place in convenient location.

This was our second time staying in a unit on this property with the same host. Like the other one this place is basically brand new, so as clean as it can get. Great communication with the host and an easy check in with a lock box. A very short drive to Banner Elk for dinner and anything else needed. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing weekend getaway

My husband and I were very happy with the location, check in/out process and communication with the host. It was extremely clean and fully stocked with everything you would need. 10/10 would recommend! John was an excellent host. We will definitely come back! Thank you so much John!

Best little spot for couples

We had such a good experience. The house was exactly as advertised. It was clean and perfectly set for two. The area was quiet and we had a nice view of some mountains, as well as apple trees around us. Very close to downtown banner elk. So we were able to easily access some attractions as well as stellar food. The hosts provided everything you could need in the kitchen and even some hygiene items, in case you forgot. They were very responsive and were clear in their instructions. Overall I would suggest this to my closest friends and family. We loved the little cottage.
