A lot of promise but lacks execution. Good layout for 6 people with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Good location.Unfortunately serious mould in the bathrooms. No ventilation in the apartment. No opening windows, apartment is internal to a building complex and currently construction all around. The sofa bed was reasonable for sleeping but the sofa was so filthy it was hard to sit on. The bed itself seemed ok but knowing how filthy the sofa was....Communication was also difficult, VRBO said expect details 3 days before stay or contact owner. When I did contact owner I was told to wait. Got contacted by a third party rentaroom for deposit, how to verify this is real as this wasn't mentioned on VRBO? Only got details the day of and not many. Only got confirmation this was going to be a real place when I whatsapp messaged 15min before arrival. Added unnecessary stress to the transaction. A clear communication the day before with clear instructions would have solved the communication issue. It worked out but was expecting much better from pictures and description. Appartment needs ventilation and a good clean.
