Rochebonne - One Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 4

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saint-Coulomb, this charming apartment crossing East-West of a surface of 31 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. Located on the first floor, it is composed of a nice living room of 16 m², an open equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a common garden of about 180 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 16 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A shower room with Italian shower.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- An unenclosed west-facing garden shared with the other apartments and equipped with two picnic tables to enjoy the beautiful days.

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of Saint-Coulomb, in a very pleasant environment within a small dead end. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential stores but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
Between Saint Malo and Cancale come and enjoy the town of Saint-Coulomb, a resort site for tourists in all seasons.
- Tourist sites : Many fine sandy beaches, Saint Malo (the Corsair city), Cancale and its oysters, Dinard (pearl of the Emerald Coast), Dinan (city of art and history with picturesque charm), Rennes (capital of Brittany)
- Sporting activities : Various nautical activities, hiking along the GR34 to discover the Breton coast, paragliding...
- Cultural visits : The Mont Saint-Michel located at about 30 km, the big aquarium of Saint Malo...
- Events : Rum route, no logo festival (reggae), quai des bulles, Saint-Malo craft beer, rock route, étonnants voyageurs...

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the outside parking lot at the foot of the building (numbered sign in front of each space).

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Saint Malo train station located about 14 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport located at about 1H by car.

Other remarks :
- Sheets and towels included.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Free Wifi available.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Baby bed and mattress on request at 15€ per stay, payment to our provider on site.

To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams of Book&Pay (advertisement and reservation management service) and Naëliam Services (concierge / housekeeping service).

Des plage pittoresques sont accessibles a pieds et pour les sportives un parcours par la côte avec des paysages inoubliables. J’ai eu l’honneur de rencontrer l’hôtesse qui était très accueillante et réactive à ma demande de prolongation de séjour, lors de notre dernière échange, très à l’écoute et réactive. Mon séjour dans cette appartement c’était une havre de paie que je recommande vivement.

Rochebonne Nous avions le logement en rdc. Pas de rideau à la fenêtre : manque d intimité. Obligé de laisser le double rideau fermé : lumière allumée toute la journée. Malheureusement nous avions des voisins à l étage très bruyants. Par exemple ceux du vendredi : L enfant courait dans l appartement jusqu’à 23 h 30, il criait. Les parents ne disaient rien…..Les escaliers sont également très bruyantes. L appartement est très fonctionnel bien équipé et très propre.

Rochebonne Logement correspondant en tout point à la description faite sur le site et bien situé. Très propre et bien rangé. Bien fourni en matière d'équipement, un accès wifi performant. Petit panier d'accueil avec café, thé et biscuit. Parking privé. Pour les points négatifs, un manque cruel d'intimité dans l'appartement du rez-de-chaussée qui pourrait être corrigé par l'ajout de voilage aux fenêtres. Certes, nous ne sommes pas dans une rue passante mais les occupants des autres appartements sont tous obligés de passer devant les fenêtres pour rejoindre leur véhicules avec un parfait visuel sur l'intérieur que ce soit côté séjour ou chambre. Seule solution, tirer les doubles rideaux et vivre dans le noir. L'insonorisation entre les appartements n'est pas top surtout quand les voisins du dessus ont les pieds extrêmement lourds. Enfin, l'accès par une petite rue étroite peut s'avérer compliqué pour des voitures imposantes. Nous sommes néanmoins globalement satisfait de cette location.

Rochebonne Unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung im Erdgeschoss war auf Grund der weiteren Mieter darüber sehr unruhig. Die Bauweise ist sehr hellhörig und bei entsprechenden Nachbarn kam es auch Nachts zu Störungen. Das hat für uns das Gesamtbild etwas getrübt.
