Great Location & Host

Georges is a wonderful host. Nothing is too much trouble for him to ensure you have an enjoyable holiday. The apartment was perfect for our needs and has a lovely garden with outdoor furniture for your use. We had great weather and enjoyed the fantastic beach, very clean and huge so no crowds, which is a two minute walk from the accommodation. St Malo town is about 30 minute walk, where we enjoyed sightseeing, walks, shopping and the local wines. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back for a visit next year!

A very pleasant stay

We arrived much later than anticipated (after 11pm) but George was there to welcome us. He was very friendly and helpful and both check-in and check-out were effortless. George was also very responsive to emails. The accommodation was spacious for the 2 of us, it was clean and it was very conveniently located just one street away from the big esplanade along the beach, with street parking just at the front of the property. The neihbourhood is calm and leafy with many gorgeous houses, ideal for pleasant walks. The unit (on the ground floor of the house - the owners are on the first floor) was not modern but it had all the commodities that we required for our stay. We highly recommend it and would not hesitate to book it again if we decide to go back to St Malo!

So much more than we expected in the best way!

Georges is absolutely an amazing, kind, considerate and charming host, and this location is absolutely wonderful. We were so sad that our stay could not be longer so that we could enjoy the location more! The only concern we had going in was whether or not it would be inconvenient for walking distance to various places---but fret not, if that is your thought, too-- not only is it not that far for those willing to have a leisurely walk by the sea for 20 minutes or so to places as far as the IntraMuros (and closer for other things), there are also various bus stops nearby, and tixiPasses are very affordable. We became king and queen of bus rides! =-) There are markets, cafés and restaurants nearby, and the ocean is just one very short block away--you can hear it and smell it when you step outside. We loved this oasis, and we will be back---and when we make plans, we can only hope that Georges has an opening for us! Never to be forgotten. So, so wonderful. Merci bien,Georges! Tu es maintenant un membre de la famille. ;-)

Soggiorno indimenticabile

L’appartamento e’ ben arredato, con tutto il necessario per una splendida vacanza; il giardino e’ ampio, curato e gradevole…. la nostra cagnolina ha molto gradito!!! L’appartamento dista 50 metri dal mare; una meravigliosa spiaggia in cui passeggiare. Saint Malo dentro le mura e’ splendida e indimenticabile!! ….. con panorami mozzafiato!

Beau studio très bien situé

Séjour très agréable dans ce grand studio où il y'a tout ce qu'il faut et très bien situé à saint-Malo : très proche de la plage du sillon et proche des commerces. Georges est très sympathique, aux petits soins et discret. J'y reviendrai avec plaisir :-)
