The big draw to this property is how overly pet friendly it is! Some say it even caters more to dogs than to people. Onsite services include FURology Paw Spa & Retreat offering dog-sitting and grooming services. We also have a great pool area and sundeck for guests to enjoy.

THINGS TO KNOW There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 5.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
Everything was good but even we got there the shower knob was broken and we could not shower the first day. Then the next day it would not get hot so we warmed up water on the stove for a bath.

The view was perfect. The pool and hot tub facilities were the best part of the property and the best maintained. . The unit itself was poorly maintained. The living room furniture was cheap and mismatched. There were open tears on the couch. The paint on the bathroom door inside and out were incomplete. There was dust/sand on the countertops and the ice bucket. The fridge didn’t cool enough to keep even drinks. The freezer was in need of defrosting. There was no hot water for the shower until we used the access panel and turned it on. The maintenance man told us just to run the water a while. Staff were inattentive and rude. They remained seated throughout interaction with guests and mostly had their noses in their phones. My son was confronted by the security guard at the pool closing time with a hand gesture to get ‘up’. Then told you’ve got 5 minutes. Not friendly at all. There were dogs that were well above the weight limit including one in the unit next to us who barked when its owner went to dinner (we were told by front desk). Security codes for the room was way too long and cumbersome to operate. The side doors of the indoor pool were left open allowing access from the beach and street. So much for security. Very disappointed.
