The big draw to this property is how overly pet friendly it is! Some say it even caters more to dogs than to people. Onsite services include FURlogy Paw Spa & Retreat offering dog-sitting and grooming services. We also have a great pool area and sundeck for guests to enjoy.

THINGS TO KNOW
All Oceana Resort properties are equipped with one or more rental boxes. Our guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation, and additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 3.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Always a great time

Great stay

Room was larger than expected and the full kitchen was wonderful for cooking lunch and heading back to the beach. Great location and Steps away from beach access.

First impressions very good! Clean room, supplies readily available, beautiful oceanfront view, comfortable beds. Hotel could use a little upgrading. The air conditioning unit from the floor above us was leaking onto our balcony which prohibited our use. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

My son and I stayed here for a long weekend. It was clean and we loved being right on the beach. He loved the pools! We would def recommend staying here.

Picture perfect views

The location is great. All staff were very polite and helpful when needed. Ocean view is beautiful with great sunrises from the balcony. We had an awesome week.

Great location

Great location and hotel is clean and super safe. Room was clean but needs updated. Bathroom tub was peeling and the door for the bathroom needs changed as well.

Pawfect 🐾

Great family vacation with our fur-baby. Room was clean and location was wonderful. Ocean view from room balcony provided breath taken sun rises every morning and a relaxing breeze with the sounds of ocean at night. Very pet friendly stay.

Great stay!

I’m happy we stayed on the 3rd floor. The elevators were a bit tricky (seemed to be very slow) so walking was easy with this little glitch. Overall ver nice vaca.

Very friendly pet resort.

Everyone you talk with are so friendly, and we love that we can take our dog with us to this resort. It's really hard sometimes to find a pet setter that you can trust with your dog while being away. The staff was very nice and helpful also. The bedroom area was very clean, but the bathroom needs to be a little updated...that wasn't as issue for us though.

My stay at Myrtle Beach

This was a fairly good place to stay. The best thing about this place is you can bring your dogs. I didn’t see anything wrong with the room. 2 beds , full kitchen and bath. Fairly clean didn’t have any major concerns. The only bad g down fall is the two elevators are not enough need more. Always crowded at the elevators.

A week away to relax

It was good! I killed 4 roaches! I feel that problem needs addressed! Thats not acceptable in a condo ! I also feel the floors could be better moped! I liked because its pet friendly and its in a good location! Overall it was a good place to stay!

Disgusting

This place was absolutely disgusting. Dirty floors, dirty walls, cracked bath tub, dented appliances, a foul smell. Looked absolutely nothing like the pictures in the ad. I am now fighting for a refund.

Refund/dog weight

I promptly received a refund which I appreciate. However, the confusion was due to the rules of dogs in the complex. The description does not clearly tell you the weight limit. My lab is over 65 lbs. When we arrived at 1:30 in the morning, we found that out. Please read the description completely before booking. I had my family in the car for a softball tournament and we had to find a place at 2am that accepted dogs of any weight.

Not great

Condo is very run down - bathtub is peeling, doors and fixtures are dry rotted. This place is very run down. It didn’t seem to be in a great neighborhood (didn’t let my teenager go walking around at night by herself). Lots of instances where it smelled like weed was being smoked nearby. Beds were old - Springs were sticking up- extremely uncomfortable, and almost didn’t stay the second night of our reservation based on this.

Family weekend getaway

Entering the room it seemed as if it was gonna be a nice room. Once we opened the curtains all the way to walk out on the balcony it wasn't hard to tell that it was a pet friendly hotel by all the pet hair on the floor. Doesn't look like the floor has been swept in some time much less moped. Everything was dusty & the bathroom was dirty as well. Had to wash my 7 month old baby in the sink because the bathtub was not suitable for her to sit down in. We were only allowed 4 towels at a time & were only given more with an even exchange of the dirty ones. There were 4 people with us so we had no extras at all. Towels & rags were very dingy & the shower curtain was black at the bottom from not being washed. We saw a bug (roach) on the TV stand but thankfully we didn't see any other during our stay. We WILL NOT be staying at Ocean Park Resort again!

Horrible

We stayed 3 nights at the ocean park resort and it was the worst vacation stay I’ve had. We did not have hot water the entire stay in the shower. We had to call 2 different times to get maintenance to come and they told us that they could not fix the shower. No one from management never contacted us for a new room or even called. The dog walking area is a 40x20 piece of astroturf that smelled horrible. The indoor pool had a giant hole on the ceiling. They had giant hole dug out in the exercise room and vending machine area. The overall customer service has been awful. It’s been almost 2 weeks Since our stay and I’ve sent emails and have called several time and no one has attempted to contact me.
