Ocean Park 1202 At Big Fish Rentals. This Oceanview Studio is located on the 12th floor with ocean views from the bedroom. Sleeps up to 2 with 1 King Bed. Located within the Ocean Park Resort in North Myrtle Beach, this 1-bed, 1-bath condo has all the comforts of home while enjoying beautiful views from the bedroom and balcony of the ocean! Enjoy this spacious condo and with so many attractions in the area, they won't want to leave! Beautiful indoor/outdoor pool with a private walkway to the beach. You are sure to bring home great memories of this resort!

The studio was simply adorable! The view off the balcony is perfect for seeing the sunrise and you can also see the city. The best of both views! I really liked keypads to get in. No key to keep up with. It was in walking distance of shops and some places to eat. The beach is very nice with light brown sand and the walk there is incredibly easy! I rented an umbrella and chair for my stay. O loved being on the 12th floor as it was quiet and again, a great view. This is my first stay with Big Fish and I would recommend them!

Great location as far as the beach and walking distance to things. a kind of upset to see the bedspread hem ripped as soon as you walk in the door. I really do give grace for things but in thos case.... glass ware was put away with brown residue, the sheets were so wrinkled we were tired positive they hadnt been slept in. The worst part was killing a german cockroach at the sink in the kitchenette. Really left disappointed in the "freshly remodeled, honeymoon suite"

Honeymoon Suite on Myrtle Beach!

I really enjoyed my vacation here at Ocean Park Resort on Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach SC! I stayed in the Honeymoon Suite on the 12th floor! Even though my room/suite was small, it had everything I needed! Also, it was only me so I didn't need a big room/suite! The resort was right on the beach and my room had a beach and ocean view too! The resort haa an indoor pool, an outdoor pool and 2 hot tubs! Also, there are vending machines and washers/dryers for the guests to use! The location was perfect too because it was close to a lot of beach stores and restaurants! The staff that work at the Resort were very friendly, helpful and informative to me! I highly recommend this Honeymoon Suite to either a single person vacationing by him or her self or a couple that wants a romantic room on the beach! Also, the other rooms/suites at this Resort are very big and can accommodate families! The cost/price for 3 nights here is a really good price too and cheaper than some of the other hotels in the area! I plan on staying here again the next time that I come to Myrtle Beach either this year or next year! Sincerely, Todd Harlow

Stay was great elevator was a little hectic at check In and out times everyone trying to use it at the same time would’ve been nice if they had another set of elevators other then that everything was Great bed and pillows very comfortable!

Older unit buy very clean great view from the balcony. Not very crowded we enjoyed our stay. The Outside Pool area was awesome. Different levels of deck made it spacious. Also has vending machines and indoor pool very convenient.

Adequate but Very Exhaustive Rules

Great location next to beach. Not too much entertainment within walking distance. Landlord's multiple rules were incessant with notices, warnings, and signs everywhere threatening to charge fines for thIngs not done right. Some really poorly designed locations for things like wall lamps that cant avoid being hit by cabinet doors.

Marriage reset

It was perfect for just the two of us! As we have 5 children life gets busy and very overwhelming so we needed this reset! It wasn’t crowed and it was quiet ! Relaxing by the hot tub was the best! As I clean houses for a living… the baseboards , and all the decor definitely needs dusted and wiped down, the doors need to be cleaned, the top of the shower is dirty and wasn’t cleaned as well! They want to say they will FINE you for staining their sheets and towels…. Well I took pictures because there was stains already on them…. So that makes no sense ?!? The TV isn’t a smart TV but has the options for it on the remote and half the remote worked.. no help from them there! Check in… They waited last minute to contact me for the rest of my info and we didn’t get to check in until 4:40p.m I drove through the night we got there at 7 a.m so yea I wasn’t too happy about continue to wait to check in after our check in time!!!!

I rented a air condition Studio condominium for the 3rd to 6th July. What I got was a room that was like a oven when I arrived. A repairman showed up day 2 after a miserable night in a room without AC in July. Said unit needed replaced.But not until the following day. I contacted to property managers to refund the remaining days so I can get a hotel with AC. Greed and profit was more than important to them than doing what was right. Then I asked about another room. That was a upgrade$$$. So we were stuck another night, no air and the heat index was 104. Day 3, it was replaced in the afternoon. After all the fees, we wasted $$$ a night on this place ! What a miserable vacation

We did not even get to stay at this property.

This event was absolutely horrible! The people who were leasing the property did not even care that we were not able to stay. We were threatened in the parking lot of the codo. Had to move to another location for the police to meet us, because we were afraid for our safety. We asked for at least half of the money we spent back, because we were not even able to stay and we were told No! We were told sorry , no refund. These people had no remorse for us being threatened in their parking building, due to a dog without proper leashing running out in the road and under our vehicle. I have never been treated with such lack of caring and understanding! This place is a CRAP SHOW! I would tell others BE WARE!!!! We had to drive right back home! Happy Anniversary to us!!!!
