Welcome to Sunrise Beach 1710!

One thing you will notice right away is that the balcony views of the world’s most beautiful beaches are spectacular! This is why we selected Sunrise Beach 1710… because of the incredible views plus its amazing 17th floor location! This three bedroom and two bath beach residence has a King in the master, Queen in the second bedroom and a Twin Bunk for the kids in the third bedroom plus a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The oversized balcony is furnished with plenty of seating to enjoy the spectacular sunrises and sunsets plus is the perfect spot for morning coffee while watching the dolphins and stingrays play in the surf.

Elevator modernization will be going on (2 elevators will be shut down while the others are up and running) until 5/18/2026.

• Over 1200 Square Feet of Living Space on the 17th floor

Nice accommodations!

We always look for a condo that is on the beach. Not "walk 2 minutes to the beach", but "open the sliding door and look for dolphins" on the beach. This suited that requisite. We weren't sure about the pool being up 4 flights from the beach, because we like to go back and forth, but it turned out to not really be an issue. Inside the condo, there is plenty of storage. Bunk room is small and kinda stuffy, could use a fan on the floor (too small for a ceiling fan w/ bunks), but served its purpose. This unit did not come with the beach chair/umbrella setup, but you can rent yourself for ~$45/day down from the beach guy. The furnishings are nice. Appliances in good shape. Water pressure decent. The communication from the property manager was pretty quick. Overall a nice stay and nice condo. Less than 30 mins from airport. Would stay again!

Great stay

We had a great time at our recent PCB trip. Condo was clean. The only downside is you have to pay a parking fee and the room didn’t include free beach chairs. My brother-in-law also rented another condo at the same building but theirs included free 2 chairs for the rest of their stay.

Memorial Day Weekend Getaway

We had a great stay for the long weekend. The check in and out process was super easy and we enjoyed having a door code to use instead of keys. The kitchen was stocked well and the condo was clean. Will visit again soon!

Terrific place to stay

The condo was perfect for the week stay. The owners have a wonderful property that is close to many activities . The listing is accurate and the condo was spotless The company to help manage was exceptional - notified agent (Michelle) that coffee pot didn’t work - even though new - and she brought a replacement over within the hour. I’d highly recommend the property and thanks to the owners for providing a great place to relax.

We loved this condo! The pictures don't do it justice, it's more spacious in person. We had plenty of room for our group and loved having access to a washer and dryer right there in the condo. The check-in process was super simple since we were sent the code to the room before arrival. The view from our balcony was beautiful, and access to the beach was great. The parking garage has doors leading straight to the elevators that take you up to the condos, and on the opposite side is the beach access. The condo is located within walking distance of several restaurants, shops, and an arcade.

Not blown away

Stayed here with my family. Room was not very clean. Dusty ceiling fans. Shelves in master bathroom were dusty as well. Looked under the master bedroom bed when we were leaving to make sure we didn’t forget anything and there’s all kinds of stuff under there. Probably hasn’t been swept in months. Kitchen cabinets had food and sticky stuff on them. Master toilet is not secure so when you sit on it the whole toilet moves. Bathtub frame kept falling off the wall. View is beautiful. Space is sufficient. The elevator in the building took forever and if you’re not parked by 8pm it’s hard to find a space. Didn’t hate our stay but will not stay again.

Not Very Clean

We stayed here for a long weekend for a birthday celebration. What drew us to the condo was the location to some of our favorite restaurants where we would be able to walk to dinner versus driving. While the condominium was very convenient and the cleanliness of the resort was very nice, condo 1710 was far from it. Upon arrival in the condo, it was found that both toilets had black mold rings around them-unsure of when they were actually cleaned last. The bunk beds were not made, they did not have sheets or blankets on them. The sheets that we did put on were stained and had a dirty footprint on them. There was no toilet paper to start our stay (I am aware that toilet paper is not provided for the duration of the stay). There were no extra linens or towels anywhere. We simply had 6 bath towels, 1 hand towel, and 3 washcloths for our 6 person party. When I reached out to the property expressing my concerns, they told me that extra linens and towels are located under the sinks in each bathroom, which they were not. They also told me a property manager would be reaching out and I have yet to hear anything from them. I do not recommend this unit, 1710, as it was not kept up and very dirty. Had we not planned to spend our days on the beach and nights out, we would not have stayed here upon checking in.
