* NOTE: House is located on a steep hill. Great for your morning cardio workout, but less than ideal for those who may have health concerns.

*NOTE: This home is equipped to sleep 8 guests but please take note of the sleeping arrangement to ensure it's not a little too cozy for you. The house is approximately 850 sq. feet in total. I say this not to deter you, but to be transparent so you can determine if this home is a good fit for your stay.

Excellent!!

We had a few of our employees stay here for the week while working out of town. We couldn’t ask for anything better from the host to the accommodation. When we’re back in town for work we plan on staying here again!

Nice property, great location. House is on a steep hill, think San Francisco so parking may be a challenge if you are not used to this. We came home late one night and all street parking was taken up so we had to street park a couple of blocks away.

Quick stay for MCRD Grad

Property was clean, well stocked with linens, towels, and kitchen supplies. It was a tight fit for our family of six, but we knew that going into it. Michael was extremely communicative throughout our stay. Easy access to the freeway and a quick trip to MCRD. Overall we were extremely pleased with our stay.

Great location and intimate home. Short, safe walk to restaurants and short ride away from plenty of entertainment.

Excellent communication

The stay was wonderful and the property owner was extremely responsive before and during the stay. We had everything we needed and the home was well stocked and very comfortable. We'd definitely stay again.

Friend's B-day Padre game Sleepover

Loved our stay here and can't wait to come back! Six of us slept here very comfortably and we had everything we needed. We utilized the BBQ and enjoyed the city under the stars without having to go out and spend a ton of money. It was a quick inexpensive ride to the Padre game and back. Our host had the perfect amount of communication. Can't wait to stay here again!!!

Trip To San Diego

A few friends and I spent a few days in San Diego and knew we would be doing a lot of things in downtown. The location was great and easy for Ride Share access as well as places to grab some coffee or breakfast before heading out for the day. Would definitely stay again.

Great getaway

The property itself is very well-maintained and extremely clean. Michael is a very attentive and responsive host. The backyard is very quaint and has a tremendous view. Perfect for a getaway weekend or longer. The houses within 15 minutes of most major attractions so it is very convenient. Overall, a tremendous stay!

Navy Homecoming

We stayed at this property while in town to welcome my husband’s ship back from their 7 month deployment. The property was clean, well stocked, and exactly as it appears in the photographs. The property manager replied to my few questions immediately. The location of the property can’t be beat - it is convenient to everything!

Nice clean property and perfect location

The house was very clean and super organized. Many great items and way to many to list but here are a few. Large washer & dryer, large Brita, several TV apps, a lot of towels, coffee pods, tea bags, utensils, cleaning supplies.... The backyard was cute and cozy. Wish we were there a few more days to use the BBQ. The location was ideal minutes from the Gas Lamp, Little Italy, and the Coronado bridge, Our drive to Mission Beach was only 10 mins away. The house is located on a hill. Parking was good The host Michael responds back fast. Had a few simple questions nothing major.
