Great spot in the city (walkable area) next to a VERY close parking garage (paid 15 for 24 hours of parking). Communication with Rachel was excellent with timely responses and was accommodating to my trip plans for early entry (as was possible with the date of my stay). Studio itself was clean and appeared to be stocked with all the basics (although did not require to use any for this trip). Mini fridge had a small, but decent sized freezer section that worked nicely. Bed was comfy and the pillows were soft. Overall had a lovely, quick stay here and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Very cute place in a great location! Everything was clean and neat and the hosts were super responsive. Parking was super convenient and very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Can’t say enough good things about this experience. The place was just as advertised. Perfect location — so close to bars, restaurants, shopping — but just a smidge off the beaten path so it was quiet. Park across the street. Clean. Easy to access. Owners were very communicative and helpful.

Great location! Honestly close to everything. Nothing is more than 10 minutes away. The Studio has everything you need. It’s in great condition, clean, comfy and cute. Will definitely stay here again. Rachel was very easy to work with.

What a great place! Immaculate, well appointed! The building is very secure. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay! The building is in a perfect location, close to everything you might want to see. Minutes from Findlay Market, Washington Park, the Music Hall etc. All within a few minutes of walking. Parking is right next door in an underground lot, attended 24 hrs/day for 12/day… a bargain. The Connector (free tram) is just a few blocks away.Rachel is an excellent host, always ready with a quick response and great suggestions.We will definitely be back!

Cozy birthday get away

Awesome place. Be prepared to pay for parking. Parking garage across the street is only 12 for 24 hours. It’s better to park on the street with the Park Cincy app for shorter times.

The property was super clean. It's in a great location near OTR. There are lots of places to walk to for food and drinks. Parking was easy close by. The hosts were very responsive and provided tips for our stay.

Excellent stay?

Super well located. Paid parking right across street easy in and out. Fully equipped and appointed. High performing AC. Walkable to sites and dining, shops and activities.

Great place in the OTR Neighborhood

We came to Cincy for a Yankees game. The Yankees lost, but this place is a winner. It is clean, safe, and comfortable. We used the parking garage across the street and walked everywhere we wanted to go. I would stay here again, but next time I would be prepared because there is only a dorm fridge and no ice, so bring ice if you like cold drinks.

Wonderful

The property is clean, easy to check into, and so comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, near a park, and close to all kinds of bars, restaurants, and cafés. We had such a wonderful and relaxing time staying here! You could bot ask for a better property and location for staying in cinci!

Had an amazing stay. Rachel was an amazing host. The studio was super clean and comfortable. The parking garage was literally a 30 second walk from the front door. Would HIGHLY recommend staying here for a long weekend trip.

Annual Family Visit

Property is as advertised. Very clean, great location (literally a block from whatever you may want). Called Rachel once when I checked in and was very responsive. If available when I return to Cincinnati, will stay again. Would give more than 5 if available. Highly recommend!

Cute place near OTR!

This studio was located in a great spot - very walkable to the OTR area. We were attending a show at the Hard Rock Casino - very easy walk to the venue.

Excellent property. Convenient to many activities! Close to connector. Walkable to Findlay market. We went to a reds game & the food festival! Weather was great! The property was as advertised, clean & the neighborhood was clean with a park across the street, lots of people around. The hosts were responsive, we didn’t need anything as the instructions were very clear!

Perfect space with an amazing host.

I came to Cincy for a quick little getaway to explore the city and to catch a Reds day game. This beautiful space was convenient to everything I wanted to see. I never once had to use my car the entire trip. It was a quick 25 minute walk to the Ballpark and Moerlein Lager House, a 15 minute walk to Rhinegeist and Findlay Market and there are so many little hole in the wall eateries with amazing food nearby. The apartment was clean, safe and had everything that I could have needed or wanted. Thank you Rachel, for all of your wonderful recommendations and sharing your apartment with me. I will definitely be back.
