The host was very helpful and answered my questions in a timely manner, we had trouble with the door code to open the door but we called the host and got it all sorted out. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. We really appreciated the Coffee pods and tea. We had no trouble with parking, we used the Zeigler garage across the street and cost us only 12 dollars. It was a real neat place to stay especially if you like old buildings. Very centrally located, we enjoyed Findlay Market during our stay.

Very cute place in a great location! Everything was clean and neat and the hosts were super responsive. Parking was super convenient and very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The property was super clean. It's in a great location near OTR. There are lots of places to walk to for food and drinks. Parking was easy close by. The hosts were very responsive and provided tips for our stay.

Super well located. Paid parking right across street easy in and out. Fully equipped and appointed. High performing AC. Walkable to sites and dining, shops and activities.

Great location! Honestly close to everything. Nothing is more than 10 minutes away. The Studio has everything you need. It’s in great condition, clean, comfy and cute. Will definitely stay here again. Rachel was very easy to work with.

Wonderful

The property is clean, easy to check into, and so comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, near a park, and close to all kinds of bars, restaurants, and cafés. We had such a wonderful and relaxing time staying here! You could bot ask for a better property and location for staying in cinci!

Awesome place. Be prepared to pay for parking. Parking garage across the street is only 12 for 24 hours. It’s better to park on the street with the Park Cincy app for shorter times.

Can’t say enough good things about this experience. The place was just as advertised. Perfect location — so close to bars, restaurants, shopping — but just a smidge off the beaten path so it was quiet. Park across the street. Clean. Easy to access. Owners were very communicative and helpful.

Had an amazing stay. Rachel was an amazing host. The studio was super clean and comfortable. The parking garage was literally a 30 second walk from the front door. Would HIGHLY recommend staying here for a long weekend trip.

Cute place near OTR!

This studio was located in a great spot - very walkable to the OTR area. We were attending a show at the Hard Rock Casino - very easy walk to the venue.

Great spot in the city (walkable area) next to a VERY close parking garage (paid 15 for 24 hours of parking). Communication with Rachel was excellent with timely responses and was accommodating to my trip plans for early entry (as was possible with the date of my stay). Studio itself was clean and appeared to be stocked with all the basics (although did not require to use any for this trip). Mini fridge had a small, but decent sized freezer section that worked nicely. Bed was comfy and the pillows were soft. Overall had a lovely, quick stay here and would definitely recommend it to anyone.
