Located in the center of historical Over-the-Rhine, Cincinnati, this space is walking distance to the cities finest restaurants, bars, nightlife, theaters, parks and the casino.
This brand new space was just rehabbed and renovated. With just two steps to enter and two more steps in the living area, this space is perfect for families as well as those who prefer not to climb stairs. A large and open condo, with refinished original hardwood flooring, custom live-edge built ins, a dramatic kitchen peninsula and comfortable leather furniture lend to a cozy at home feel. All new stainless appliances, bedding and decor offer a clean and sophisticated experience.
Safe, temperature controlled parking garage directly across the street from the condo with free space for bike lock up as well.

Loved the OTR location. Big common room with kitchen is nice. Host was very helpful. Walking to shops and restaurants and bars within less than a mile on main street. Walk to ballpark for the Reds about two miles max. Lots to see and do.

We loved our stay. The apartment is on the street level. It was clean, well organized and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. It is in the heart of OTR in Cincinnati and walking distance to many shops, wide variety of nice restaurants and coffee shops. My husband and I stayed for our 28th Wedding Anniversary. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Rachel, the host, responded quickly when needed. Thanks for everything!

The condo was at a good location close to everything, it was vey clean and the layout was great, the high ceilings gave it a unique charm. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Clean and comfy

Property was clean and looked just like pictures. Parking garage and pool are extra charges, and you need to make reservations fri-sun for pool. Overall we enjoyed the trip and stay. Owner was helpful and always quick to respond.

Tranquil stay just steps away from the action.

We had such a peaceful and relaxing stay at this charming townhouse. Even though it’s located in the city, it felt like we were miles away from the noise and crowds. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the home itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished. It was the perfect balance of convenience and calm—close enough to restaurants, shops, and attractions, but tucked away enough to truly unwind. We appreciated the cozy touches and would definitely stay here again for a restful city escape.
