With an unbeatable oceanfront location and multiple resort amenities, you'll never want to leave! Small but practical, let this be your place to rest your feet after days and days of fun.

Your reservation includes buffet breakfast for two guests at Magnolia’s at 26th. Tickets are valid only on the date issued. ***Extra breakfasts are available for $10 + tax*** just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect for every beach day

The proximity to the beach was amazing. So easy to step out right onto the beach was perfect for a low key vacation. A drawback was definitely the parking being across a block away and the overflow parking being at a different hotel that doesn’t have an elevator on each floor.

Carolinian Hotel Room

It was very clean, no frills room. Kind of dated but very comfortable. Staff was very sweet. AC unit was our only complaint- we went mid October, so it was fairly cool. Thermostat said 61* in the room, but it was NOT. Good stay, though. Thank Vacasa.

The room had a puddle of water and smelled like cigarette smoke and mold. The desk clerk said it would take 4 hours to investigate (this is at 11:30 pm which require us to stay up until 3:30 am. Too late for 75 year olds) she had no ability to switch us. We contacted cascade and was told they couldn’t help and disconnected us twice. Horrible customer service

Happy little get away

Good place for a good price. Beach access was super easy and hotel was located close to stuff to walk to. Didn’t like the parking was a block away or you could pay to park next to the building.

Its okay

It is very clean, trying to get towels and wash cloths is a pain in the butt. Evening/Night shift staff are very RUDE!!! Quite time is suppose to be 11pm-6am but alot of people didnt listen to that. The beds are very uncomfortable. Paying over to 2 grand you'd think our stay would have been better. I prolly wont stay there again.

Would stay again

The location was really good, close to a lot of things.? Loved the view from the balcony. All the employees were so friendly and helpful. My 7 year old son loved the tropical show at the pool deck. I was surprised you had to park in a garage on the opposite block but it seems all the hotels do that. E would definitely stay again.

Perfect location!

We loved being just steps away from the silky sands of the beach! The unit had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. Nice that a very good breakfast buffet was included, but a hassle having to wait 20 minutes for a table and then another 10 minutes in line.
