Great location

The condo was pretty much as expected for the price. No complaints. Brian was extremely pleasant and answered any question in a way that made you feel he cared.

Clean & Relaxing!

Very clean. Terrific ocean view. Nice linens and furniture. Great small touches such as an assortment of books and a puzzle. The separate bedroom area was great for early risers that could shut the door not to wake those still sleeping. Loved the balcony!

Great beach location, not for things to do.

The room was fantastic and clean. The areas outside the room were a little run down and soliciting scams are a thing. The condo is right on the beach and easy to get to. But it is out of walking distance from the entertainment, food and attractions.

A tropical retreat

Fantastic location! Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Located on the beach which was beautiful. The condo itself was great, host was very helpful and informative. My only complaint was the elevators. At any given time only one of three elevators worked so at full capacity it took a while to get one. Thank you for a great vacation.

Our trip

The property was nice. The jets in the spa tub were broken and did not work. I didn't inform the host at the time, because it was really no big deal. But, now I am being charged for a broken lamp shade that we did not break. It was broken when we got there. Guess I should have complained about the jets. I will not stay at this property again.

Anniversary Vacation

Great location walking distance to many restaurants and activities. The owner was very responsive and was able to get us checked in early when our flight plans changed. Look no further than this location!!!

Great condo

We had a great time! There were toiletries ready for when we got there so we didn’t have to bring so many. This condo is on the 9th floor but didn’t see that in the listing.

Perfect location

We stayed for a week for a dance competition. It was a perfect location in proximity to everything. We could walk to the convention center and all the restaurants. Our unit was small, but clean. It had everything we needed. We had one issue with other guests, but Brian handled it quickly. Overall we had a positive experience.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay and enjoy the beach. Beds were comfy including the Murphy bed. The unit was clean but could feel sand on the floor. View was fabulous as its ocean front overlooking the pool. Easy check in and out. Brian responded quickly when contacted. The only suggestion is they need to have a small vacuum cleaner for floor and supply salt and pepper. Overall it was a great place to stay!

Beachfront

Boardwalk is a decent property, overall. We rent from a private lister who does a terrific job with the specific condo. The building is a little run down, but is convenient in location to downtown.

Beautiful View

Condo was everything it said it would be and pictures were exactly as it looked. My only "complaint" was the entry door would whistle when the wind blew too hard (which Brian was in process of fixing during my stay) and more bath towels would have been nice, for a weeks stay. I would return again!

Nice stay!

Unfortunately it was hard to enjoy the balcony at times because of people smoking pot. Also when the wind was strong it whistled through the door, could use some weather stripping! But it was very nice and we had fun!

Beautiful condo views

The photos of the condo were very accurate. The grounds were beautiful and the condo was right on the beach. We very much enjoyed our morning coffee and nightly glass of wine on the balcony overlooking the beach. The location was perfect, we were within walking distance to everything we wanted to go to except one show. The one thing that needs improvement is the entry door to this specific condo. There is a large gap on the handle side of the door from top to bottom. After we left one day, the security latch flipped back slightly, and we were unable to get back into our room for a short time. We were finally able to stick something in and push that latch back so we could get into the room. From that point on, we put a hair clip on the latch whenever we left, so this would not happen again, and lock us out of the room. One night somebody walked down the hall and tried the handle, pushed the door and it actually moved. We were a little uncomfortable because we did not feel the door seemed very secure, and feel it should be replaced.

Great Oceanside Getaway

Property was great. Well maintained. Perfect location for the purpose of my visit. Got a little crazy toward the end as far as traffic and noise with the car show starting right before St. Patty's day weekend. Some after hours noise, inconsiderate people not abiding by quiet time hours. All in all a great property with nice amenities. Plenty of blankets and towels, responsive management. Plenty of pizza coupons provided on a daily basis! Enjoyed my time in Myrtle Beach. Looking forward to my next visit.
