Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great family getaway!

The room was perfect for my kids and I! The bed was very comfortable! The kitchen was spacious with everything we needed! My kids loved the little kids dance party at the pool! We'll definitely go again!

Not great but not terrible

The room had a strange layout and wasn't very cozy in the living space. The bedroom was good. The kitchen was dirty and there was almost nothing to cook with. The check in and parking was a hassle. Nowhere did I see that the parking deck was 2 blocks away, so we were rushed to unload. The free breakfast was nice but the line was ridiculous. The pools and distance to the beach were great. And free movie rentals were cool considering the sporadic weather.

If you like the ghetto

I’ve stayed at this property many years ago and I must say the property has gone downhill. The overall look and “feel” of the property is low end/low budget. The unit itself is substandard, the refrigerator is rusted and doesn’t stay closed, the sleeper sofa is nothing more than a wafer of a mattress that has creaking springs that is uncomfortable to sit on and even less desirable as a sleeping option. All of the furniture is dated and raggedy and the dishes provided are worse than dishes at your local diner. The cleaning of the unit seems to have been done by a housekeeping trainee.

Our stay in this unit was mediocore! The refrigerator was gross on the outside with the fridge portion covered in brown stains. The unit itself needs updating. Very outdated. There were not enough kitchen accessories provided for a 6 day stay! There were flying bugs constantly flying in the unit throughout our entire stay! Location was good. We paid for late checkout and we left our room to take out trash only to open the unit door and the cleaning staff was sitting next to our unit waiting to enter to clean yet we still had 30 minutes before our checkout time.

Great Stay

Good location about a 10 minute walk down to the pier and boardwalk. The view was really great better than expected. The free breakfast everyday was a great benefit. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Nice place with lots of extras

Condo wasn't anything special, but space was sufficient. It was nice to have some room to spread out. Kitchen wasn't very well equipped, but we didn't really do any cooking. Location was convenient... Close to the airport, the boardwalk and Broadway at the Beach. Our favorite part was the amazing breakfast buffet and free mini golf across the street. And they had free popcorn and movie rentals too!

Great little condo on the beach

Check it was super easy, I was able to check into the condo two hours early. The condo was very clean, came with all the necessaries. The beach view was awesome and we got free breakfast buffet card for each day we stayed. Highly recommend this place.

Pics are a little bit deceiving. Chairs were in different position. Arms on chairs had rips on them Everything else was good. Didn't use DVD player Was very excited about getting FREE Brkfst coupons for every day we were there.

Unsatisfied Customer!

The hotel wasn't clean, old clothes was left in the room from the previous vacationers. The bathroom wasn't clean, there was sand everywhere. We had to go to Walmart and buy our own cleaning supplies and clean our room. Don't waste your time or money here.

Due to updated cleaning protocols in accordance with CDC guidelines, we have temporarily set our check-out time to 10 am in order for our housekeeping staff to have an apt amount of time to ensure the home is thoroughly cleaned and inspected.
